Welcome to a short meditation to connect with love.
Come to a comfortable seat.
Either sit on the floor or on a chair.
Keep your spine straight.
Tail across legs or the feet on the ground.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your facial muscles.
Bring the awareness to your breath.
How do you breathe right now?
How is the energy in your breath?
Do not judge.
Do not attach.
Just observe.
How is your breath?
How is your inhalation?
How is your exhalation?
Now bring the awareness to your heart space,
To your chest and feel the breath coming into your chest,
Into your ribcage.
I invite you to bring the breath into your heart again and feel the connection with your heart.
Each inhalation is expanding your heart.
Each exhalation is relaxing your heart.
Bring the awareness to the space around your heart.
To the space your heart is occupying in your body.
Again,
Take a deep inhalation into your heart.
Feel the expansion of your heart.
With the exhalation,
Relax your heart.
With the next in-breath into your heart space,
Feel even more expansion.
With the next out-breath,
Feel the relaxation.
Feel how with each inhalation,
Love can expand in your body.
And with the exhalation,
You allow yourself to feel in this expanded feeling of love.
Feel now how love is expanding in your whole life.
Expanding in your family,
In your environment,
In your circle of friends,
At work,
Everywhere in your life,
Love is expanding.
And you allow it.
You accept it.
You acknowledge it.
Keep the connection with your breath and with the feeling of love,
Pure self-love.
There are no attachments.
Realize that you can create love in your body just through your inhalation and exhalation.
Feel love in each part of your body and especially feel love for each part of your body.
For each cell of your body,
You can feel love now.
You feel love for your whole being,
Love for being you.
If you feel tension somewhere in your body,
Send some breath into your love,
Into this area of your body.
You can feel now love in this space where you have tension and allow this part of your body to relax.
Give yourself permission to relax and to feel love,
To feel loved.
If there's someone in your life you don't really like,
Even send love to this person now,
Just for now,
And relax into it.
Feel the change energetically and allow yourself to relax.
Bring the tension back to your body and connect with your inner child.
Send some love to your inner child.
Allow your inner child to receive your love now.
Now your inner child gets your love and you might see your inner child smiling and relaxing in this wave of love coming from you.
If your inner child had the need to feel more love in the childhood,
Send this love now.
Your inner child is allowed and has the right to receive this love now.
Feel how it becomes more peaceful inside of you and more loving.
Bring your awareness back to your heart space.
Feel again the love in your heart,
Around your heart,
In your chest.
Now that you're connected with this love in and around your heart,
Sense this energy,
How it is flowing down through your body,
Through your hips,
Through your legs,
Into your feet,
And further down into the earth.
The love is creating roots and grounding you.
This love is creating roots in the earth and around the planet earth.
You feel the connection to the earth through your love,
Through your roots.
Feel this strong connection through your roots into the earth and around the earth.
This grounded love gives yourself strength,
Stability,
And peace.
Feel all these roots you have created going into and around the earth.
Now you can visualize that on each root there is a sign.
You create the signs with whatever you would like to see.
There might be a root with a sign saying I love myself.
On another sign it says I love my body.
Another sign says I am love.
I am peace.
Visualize how some roots have your name on it.
Create all kinds of signs.
Whatever needs grounding in your life is grounded through a root.
Maybe it's a friend,
A parent,
A project.
Ground everything through your love and the roots.
Create the connection.
Now you are connected with your breath again.
Be aware that with the next inhalation you bring earth energy back into your body.
And with each exhalation you recharge each cell of your body.
With each breath the energy from the earth is coming back into your body and bringing in the stability,
Strength,
And peace.
Be aware that love is infinite.
You give love to the earth and you receive love from the earth.
Allow yourself to let go of fear because love is infinite.
You cannot lose love.
You give and you receive.
Get comfortable with the feeling of giving and receiving love.
You can recharge your body from the earth through your roots again.
You can give love to the earth and you can receive love from the earth.
Love is infinite.
Give love and receive love.
Allow yourself to give and allow yourself to receive.
I would like to invite you again to take a couple of deep breaths and sensing the exchange of giving and receiving love.
Now again take a deep breath,
Bring love into your body.
And with exhalation recharge your heart space.
Take another deep breath,
Bring love into your body.
And with exhalation recharge each cell of your body.
And again take a deep breath,
Bring love into your body.
And with the next exhalation slowly open your eyes and come back into the room.
