Welcome for a short meditation to get in contact with your passion,
With your future work,
With your future business.
But first of all get in contact with yourself and see where you need to let go of the leaves that hold you back,
Old patterns.
Use this meditation to free yourself and to get clarity.
So when you're ready find a comfortable seat with a straight spine.
Relax shoulders.
If you're sitting on a chair have your feet flat on the floor,
Your spine also straight without touching the back of the chair.
When you're sitting on the floor tail across seat see that you're comfortable.
First I invite you to get in touch with your breath.
The breath will help to relax so that we can focus and meditate.
For the moment observe your breath.
Is your breath calm,
Long and deep or is it just superficial?
The upper part of the chest.
Just observe for a moment.
Now I invite you to breathe longer and deeper into your chest,
Deep into your ribcage,
Into the bottom of your lungs.
You will feel an expansion of the ribcage.
You can create space inside of you which might already feel freeing.
Freeing from constrictions,
Tension.
Use the breath to open up.
Just observe where you feel the tension in your body,
The stress,
Maybe heavy emotions like fear.
Just be aware.
Let the breath show you where your body is closed.
Where your body is closed open these parts through the breath.
If you'd like to get more space between your shoulder blades,
Breathe into this area.
And feel how the shoulder blades get apart,
Get more distance from each other.
At the same time your shoulders might rise up and although the chest,
The sternum rises up.
Maybe this feels already very freeing,
Opening,
Giving you more space.
Where would you like to have more space in life?
How would that feel for you if you had more space?
Use the breath to create more space.
Where do you need more space so that you can focus on your goals,
On a new business,
On your passion?
Do you need space time wise?
Do you need a physical space where you can sit,
Breathe,
Think,
Create?
Without judging who is holding yourself back from having more space?
Maybe it is you.
Maybe it is a friend,
A family member.
Maybe it's just a thought that you have.
Maybe it's just that you think you need more space.
Otherwise I can't move on.
Look if this is maybe just an excuse and look what might be the real reason.
Again focus on the breath and create now space in your chest.
Feel how this also lifts up your mind and how maybe the breath brings clarity.
Now start visualizing,
Creating more space.
Just visualize you have one more hour every day.
How do you use this one hour for you,
For your future job,
Goals,
Your passion?
What can you create in this one hour?
Visualize,
See already what you are creating,
What you are doing in this hour.
Observe how you feel when you see yourself with this extra hour.
Is it freeing?
Is it exciting?
If there are any restrictions coming up,
If you think it's difficult to get this hour,
Look what it is.
What is holding you back?
Again look inside of your heart,
What do you need to follow your passion?
Following your dream,
Following your goals.
Whatever restriction came up,
Look when this was created,
This belief,
This pattern that holds you back.
Look if it's really still necessary to hold on to this.
What if you could let go of this now and allow yourself to have this space?
Now allow yourself to let go of the restrictions and allow yourself to create space.
I allow myself to create space.
I allow myself to create time.
I allow myself to follow my passion.
I allow myself to follow my goal.
And again take deeper breath and feel this space now inside of you,
The freedom,
The connection to your passion,
To your goal.
Feel your energy right now.
And bring all this energy into your center,
Your midline between your pelvic floor and the crown.
And through the breath feel the energy inside of you on this midline that you are centered now,
That you are neutral,
That you know who you are with your passion and your goal.
Take another deep breath.
Feel this energy integrated in your heart.
Take another deep breath.
Feel this energy integrated in each cell of your body.
And again another deep breath with an exhalation bring the hands in front of your heart in Anjali Mudra.
