Welcome.
Begin by finding a comfortable position where your body feels supported and at ease.
You might be sitting upright with dignity or lying down with softness.
Let your hands rest wherever they feel most natural.
Palms open.
Receptive.
Take a moment to arrive.
Feel the weight of your body.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the breath moving in,
Moving out.
Let each inhale invite you deeper into presence.
Let each exhale be a gentle release.
There is nothing you need to achieve.
This is a space for allowing,
A space for feeling,
A space for letting life move through you.
Begin to notice what is present within you right now.
Any emotions,
Any sensations,
Any energy.
You don't need to name it.
You don't need to fix it.
Just feel it.
Now bring your awareness to the breath.
Let the breath be your guide.
Let the breath be your guide.
As you exhale,
Imagine softening,
Letting go just a little.
Now gently bring your attention to a place inside that feels alive with emotion.
It may be tender.
It may be heavy.
It may be raw.
Whatever it is,
Allow it to be there.
Feel it.
Sense it.
Invite it to show itself and ask gently,
What is here that wants to move?
Let that question echo in the body.
What is ready to move?
What is ready to be witnessed?
What is ready to be let go?
Sometimes emotions are like rivers.
They only need permission to flow.
And sometimes they're like stones.
They need time,
Warmth and breath to soften.
Stay with the breath.
Stay with the feeling.
Let it move if it wants to.
Let it be still if that's what it needs.
There's no right way,
No right pace,
No right form.
You're here to allow.
You might notice waves rising.
Sadness,
Grief,
Anger,
Longing.
Breathe through the waves.
Each one is a tide,
Not a trap.
Say silently,
You are allowed to move.
You are allowed to be felt.
You are allowed to leave when the time is right.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Notice where this energy is held.
Place a hand there if you feel called.
Breathe directly into that space.
With each inhale,
Imagine creating more space inside.
With each exhale,
Imagine letting something go,
Even just a layer.
You may want to gently sway or rock or move if that supports the flow.
Let the body guide you.
Let the body be trusted.
Now take a moment to visualize the energy moving.
See it as light,
As color,
As water,
As air.
Let it travel wherever it needs to go.
Upward,
Downward,
Outward.
Let it dissolve into breath.
Let it be carried by the exhale.
If emotion arises,
Let it.
If tears come,
Let them.
If there's numbness,
Honor that too.
Now bring awareness to the possibility of release.
You're not forcing,
You're simply opening.
Perhaps asking gently,
Am I willing to let this go?
Could I let this go?
When?
And there are no wrong answers.
Even a no is honored here.
Even a not yet is sacred.
Now imagine you're standing under a waterfall of light.
Warm,
Radiant,
Cleansing.
Let it pour over you from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet,
Washing away what no longer needs to stay.
Clearing what is ready to be released.
Feel the sensation of letting go.
Not as effort but as yielding.
Like a leaf releasing from a tree in autumn.
Like an exhale at the end of a long day.
Let this light move through every part of you.
Through the chest,
Belly,
Shoulders,
Spine.
Down the arms and legs.
Through the back,
Jaw,
Throat.
Through every cell.
Stay here a little longer and let your whole being be bathed in spaciousness.
Now bring your awareness to your heart.
Feel its rhythm.
Feel its warmth.
Feel its willingness.
Place both hands over your heart if you like.
Breathe into this center.
Inhale,
I receive.
Exhale,
I release.
Repeat silently,
I trust the wisdom of my emotions.
I let life move through me.
I let go when the time is right.
I am safe to feel,
Safe to move,
Safe to release.
Now bring to mind something or someone that you're ready to release.
Not with resentment but with grace.
Not with urgency but with trust.
Visualize this release.
See it gently lifting,
Unraveling,
Floating away.
You might see it dissolving in light.
You might feel it exiting through your breath.
Say quietly,
I let you go.
I set you free.
And in doing so,
I set myself free.
Breathe.
Feel.
And let yourself rest in the quiet now for a few moments.
Simply being.
Let the breath do what it knows how to do.
Let the body integrate.
Let the energy settle.
And now begin to return.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Feel the space around you.
Feel the support beneath you.
Stretch gently if that feels good.
Sigh or yawn if that arises naturally.
Let your body come back with care.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Let your gaze return to the world softly.
And take a moment to notice what has shifted.
What has softened.
What has opened.
Thank yourself for showing up.
For being brave enough to feel.
For allowing movement.
For releasing even just a little.
You are learning to flow,
To feel,
To free.
And you can return here to this inner space anytime you need.
Thank you for being here.
