Wonderful way to just be, without following a specific prescription (not having to follow the breath, or chant, etc).

While listening the lunar eclipse in Virgo was happening; I felt the grounding and space of the eclipse resonating in me. Perfect timing, thank you πŸ™πŸ» 🀩

Thanks so much. I can't seem to get out of the house most days so I walked inside from the garden to the front door, over and over. That counts as walking, right? πŸ™πŸ’ž

Thank you for your powerful meditation. In these turbulent times, the groundless and love of your message rang deeply in my heart. Many thanks.

I loved this. I need the extra time to settle into presence during meditation. Slowly coming into a different state is much easier than saying after 3 deep breaths, I'm somehow able to meditate right away. I need more than 3 deep breaths to come back to the present moment.
