Welcome to this guided meditation.
Gently close your eyes and come into this very moment.
Bringing yourself down,
Down,
Down.
Allowing your awareness to drift all around your system.
Forgetting the day,
Or the day to come.
Let's just imagine you are in a hot desert.
You are very thirsty and you are in search of water.
The sun is beaming down on you with all its might.
At first,
You resist the situation you are in.
You struggle in your mind,
Fight with the sun,
Fight with the sand and fight with the elements.
But as you begin to tire,
You give in.
You give in to the sun,
Allowing it to shine its beauty on you.
You give in to the wind,
Allowing it to gently caress your body.
You give in to the sand,
Allowing it to gently comfort your feet.
You go from a state of complete resistance to complete acceptance.
Accepting what is in this moment,
Not wanting to change anything.
Even in the harshest environments,
You let go fully.
As you let go,
In the distance,
You see a crystal pyramid.
You approach this pyramid with ease and gentleness and enter.
The interior of this pyramid is a lot bigger than you expected.
It is a lot cooler in here versus the outside,
Just the right temperature.
You notice a big glass of water in front of you on a stand.
This water is a special liquid aimed at hydrating,
Purifying and cleansing the body.
As you drink the water,
It feels so good.
Feeling it go down into your stomach,
Rebalancing this organ,
Bringing it into complete alignment.
The water then spreads from the stomach into the surrounding areas such as the lungs,
Helping us breathe more efficiently.
The heart soothing and relaxing this muscular area,
Allowing for more efficient transport of blood around the body,
The liver detoxifying and cleansing,
Moving into the pancreas and the kidneys,
Releasing anything that does not serve you.
The water then spreads into the intestines,
Detoxifying.
This water is always working for the highest and greatest of your good.
It then flows into your blood,
Around your whole body.
Your blood becomes smooth,
Flowy and efficient,
Completely healthy.
The water moves to your brain,
Any brain fog completely gone,
Clearing out any lethargy or lack of motivation.
Wow,
You are completely cleansed,
Purified and hydrated.
This is amazing,
You think to yourself.
You then notice a small pool with steps.
At the end of the pool there is a small waterfall.
You enter your feet and ankles,
The gentleness of the water immediately relaxes you as well as the muscles.
You go further in,
Entering your lower legs,
Knees and upper thighs,
Completely relaxing the bones and muscles,
Moving deeper in,
Bathing your hips,
Lower and upper back,
Right up to the shoulders,
Your muscles,
Bones,
Tendons and ligaments,
Really,
They are completely programmed for health.
You move over to the gently flowing waterfall and put your head under.
The water pours onto your head,
Relaxing your skull,
Jaw,
Eyes,
Teeth and all the surrounding muscles.
Your whole body is relaxed,
The power you feel right now is immense.
Rest for a moment knowing this in the water.
As you stay in the water,
This meditation comes to an end.
Whatever you are going through,
Whatever you have to face,
You got this,
You are ready for this.
