Hello people,
Welcome to this guided adventure to help heal and repair your shoulder.
Let's just find a comfortable and quiet space so you can close your eyes and wind down.
Coming into this particular space right now,
Feeling whatever comes up,
Now we are going to imagine that we are standing in a deep blue lagoon.
You watch the beautiful tropical trees surrounding the lagoon as the sun beams down on the water,
Creating a shining effect.
The water of the lagoon covers you right up to your neck.
This water is a special type of liquid with the highest healing capacities of any liquid in existence.
It is primed to relax,
Release and repair your body as a whole,
But more specifically the shoulder that is causing you discomfort.
The water begins soaking into your body,
Soothing,
Soothing,
Soothing.
Now we are going to transfer the healing water to your injured shoulder with three deep breaths.
Every time we take a deep breath,
The water is directed to your injured shoulder.
Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth directing the water.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Last one,
Big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
The healing water has filled your injured shoulder up.
The water brings out all sensations that are in this moment within the shoulder.
When there is a sensation of pain,
A sensation of comfort,
Not much of a sensation at all,
These are all perfectly fine.
These are all required for healing.
Just naturally observing what you are feeling in this area.
As the water swishes around,
Not looking for anything,
Whatever it is,
It is.
It's necessary.
The water then goes deeper into your shoulder,
Into the muscles,
The tendons,
Ligaments and bones in the joint.
Wow,
Such healing.
The water goes even deeper into the cells and atoms of the area.
Deeper,
Deeper,
Deeper.
Priming the area for complete restoration.
No matter what happens now,
This area has changed for the better.
Whatever feeling or sensation comes up in this area from now on,
It's just your shoulder area healing.
Relax now with this thought.
Now we are going to say some affirmations for the shoulder,
Which will intensify this special water for healing.
When saying these affirmations,
Feel them being placed into your shoulder.
Repeat after me.
I love my shoulder.
I love my shoulder.
My shoulder is powerful.
My shoulder is powerful.
My shoulder is durable.
My shoulder is durable.
Now,
Just keeping this healing water inside of you as this meditation comes to an end.
Whatever comes up after this meditation,
Whether pain,
Comfort or neutral,
Just know that the area is healing for your highest and greatest good.
Now let's bring ourselves back to our bodies.
Letting go of any last bit of tension.
Then gently moving our bodies around.
Moving our fingers and toes.
And when we are ready,
Slowly opening our eyes.
