Hello everyone,
Welcome to this meditation.
Soon we are going to bring your awareness into your whole system.
Exploring and feeling whatever is coming up for you in that moment.
Let's just find a comfortable space and close your eyes.
Gently letting go of the outside world.
Letting go of your career,
Your friendships,
Your relationships.
They were there before this meditation and they will be there after.
For now let it be,
Let it be,
Let it be.
Bringing your awareness inwards.
At first giving some attention to your breath.
Noticing your chest rising and falling.
The breath gives you so much life every second of the day.
How deeply are you breathing at this time?
Just noticing this,
Not trying to change anything.
We are exploring our own natural tendencies.
Are you breathing through your mouth or your nose?
Once again just noticing.
Then moving your attention to your lower body.
What position is your lower body in?
Your lower body gives great support to the rest of your body through every step of the day.
Noticing any sensations coming up in the lower body.
We are not looking for them,
Just noticing if they come.
A sensation can be anything you feel in the lower body.
Letting them express themselves.
Gently moving your attention to the upper body with a sense of curiosity.
Notice this area.
You are an explorer of your own body.
There's nothing you can do wrong.
This is all learning and the learning never stops.
The upper body contains all the vital organs in your system.
Everything required for your health and wellness.
Briefly noticing what's happening here for you today.
Just a little attention given to this area can provide great healing.
Allowing things to progress naturally.
Moving your attention to the whole body now.
Just noticing any sensations that come up here.
Whether comfortable or uncomfortable.
We are just noticing.
We can drift to wherever we are guided by our own system.
Listening and allowing intuition to take lead.
Even if thoughts are there,
Naturally watching them.
It's not wrong that thoughts are there.
It can be completely natural actually.
We are just drifting to whatever our attention lands on.
Like a leaf blowing in the wind.
The leaf is unbothered by the wind and moves naturally.
Whatever is here right now,
Just notice.
It's not wrong that a particular sensation that may be uncomfortable is here.
Allow it to be there.
We don't need to ask what it is.
How it's got here.
Where it's come from.
These questions lead to more questions.
Just noticing them and spending some time here.
It's okay.
This is your time to explore your own system in a very natural way.
Watching everything that comes up.
From discomfort to comfort.
To all the thoughts in the world.
Just watching.
That's all.
There is no right or wrong here.
There just is.
Once again,
If thoughts come up,
Let them be there.
So what if they are there?
You're just noticing them.
All they are is just electrochemical impulses.
Enjoy the fireworks.
Enjoy the show.
