Welcome to this guided meditation for the hamstring muscle.
Find a comfortable space for yourself and gently close your eyes.

Now you are going to visualize yourself stepping into a green crystal bath.
The bath surface is smooth and the crystals shine a beautiful green.
As you get into the bath,
You immerse your whole body.
The water has been charged to a high frequency and healing ability by the green crystals and the natural light shining into the bath.
The temperature in the bath is perfect for your body,
Not too hot or not too cold.
This water is specifically designed for the hamstring muscle.
You notice you can direct the water into whatever hamstring you have hurt.
The healing water seeps into the hamstring,
Relaxing,
Relaxing,
Relaxing.
This water brings out all of your natural sensations in your hamstring.
Whatever you are feeling right now is supposed to be.
Whether it's painful or comforting,
The healing process is everything pain,
Comfort and neutral.
Accept them all.
Let everything be there as it naturally is.
It's okay.
If discomfort comes,
Be with it.
The very act of allowing discomfort is healing.
The healing water goes deeper into the hamstring,

Allowing the healing process to happen as it naturally would.
