Welcome to this breath meditation for blowing away your worries.

And so is your breath.
So just closing your eyes slowly,
Coming down into your very own space.
Coming down,
Down,
Down.
We can worry about a lot of things in life.
Careers,
Families,
Health concerns.
Did you know that the very thing that you always do every second of the day can help you?
Breathing.
Let's just notice your breath right now.
Notice the inhale and the exhale.
Noticing what's going on with your breath.
Are you breathing deeply or shallowly?
Just noticing this.
If you want to deepen the breath,
Deepen it.
We are not judging the breath,
Just letting it be there right now.
Whatever comes up,
It's okay.
Whatever sensations or feelings come up,
It's okay.
The breath lets it be and then lets it go.
Nothing is wasted with the breath.
Notice that there is a ball of black energy within your brain.
This ball represents your current worries.
We are just going to blow all of this black energy away.
You don't need this anymore.
These worries won't do anything for you.
They even want to go out into the open world and be transformed into something positive.
We are going to release the worries with your breath.
On the inhale,
The air comes into your body.
The air comes into your brain,
Collecting the black worried energy and expelling it out on the exhale.
It is then transformed into positive energy within the environment.
Inhaling,
Noticing the air collect the black energy.
Exhaling,
Blowing out the energy into your environment.
Inhaling,
Collecting.
Exhaling,
Blowing out.
In,
And out.
In,
And out.
You are doing such a service for your brain.
Such a service for your body.
In,
And out.
In,
And out.
In,
And out.
In,
Feel the power of the breath as it goes into your brain.
Taking away the black energy.
The energy is getting smaller.
Reducing,
Reducing.
Getting so small that it's not even noticeable.
We are just going to take 3 deep breaths now to expel all of the remaining black energy.
Taking back control.
Breathing in through your nose.
Clean fresh air in.
And exhaling the black energy out.
Letting it go.
Breathing in.
Confidence in.
Breathing out.
Exhaling some of the deep roots of the black energy.
One last time.
Big deep breath in.
Collecting the remaining black energy.
And breathing out.
All the black energy out.
Roots and all.
Brilliant.
Notice your brain now.
Crystal clear.
Confident and ready to be within this world.
Then as this meditation comes to an end.
Know that you can come back to this breath anytime you wish.
Anytime you are worrying or stressed.
Just blowing it all away.
Moving our bodies around.
Waking ourselves back up.
Noticing the effects the breath has had on your body.
Then gently opening your eyes.
