Welcome to this meditation for belly breathing your way to bliss.
Gently close your eyes and transitioning into your inner world,
A world that can absolutely be transformed through the breath.
Just relax,
Relax,
Relax.
This meditation is your very own safe space,
Giving yourself permission to ease down.
Now,
Just gently placing one of your hands on your belly,
While placing the other hand on your chest.
Notice your natural breathing,
Noticing if your chest rises more than your belly.
Today we are going to breathe more into our belly,
So as we breathe,
Pushing our belly out with the breath,
Breathing a little deeper.
This can really open up our lungs and allow us to feel incredibly blissful.
Noticing your belly rising and falling,
Rising and falling,
Rising and falling.
Just imagining that you are surrounded by this powerful golden energy.
This energy is pure bliss.
It has the ability to heal every cell within your body.
We are going to deeply breathe into this blissful energy right into the belly.
When you breathe deep,
Making sure that your belly is pushing out,
Breathing this energy in,
Feeling it hit your belly,
Increasing your energy,
Increasing your bliss,
Breathing in this golden energy,
Going right down to your belly,
Deepening your bliss,
Deepening your life force.
Not breathing through our chests,
This is not stress breathing,
This is deep,
Primitive relaxation breathing.
We are making full use of all the respiratory muscles when we breathe through our belly.
Feel this golden energy completely heal all your cells within your belly area,
Transforming them to healthy,
Fresh,
Young cells.
Now let's take 3 deep breaths into our bellies,
Filling them with the golden blissful energy.
Breathing into your nose,
Belly rises,
Golden energy deeply in.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Belly falls,
Stress out.
Into your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Tension gone.
Last one,
Make it the biggest breath you have ever taken,
Deeply into your nose,
Imagining that blissful energy going into your belly,
Out through your mouth,
Pushing all of the tension out,
Everything that doesn't serve you leaves.
Really good,
You are filled with bliss.
Now as this meditation comes to an end,
You can remain in this blissful state for however long you wish.
This is your choice.
Now just waking your body back up if you choose to do so.
Moving your fingers and toes,
Waking,
Waking,
Waking.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
