We'll work with your body posture, breathing, and search for the quiet mind. You'll take the first steps in discerning what is truly within you and what is not. The introduction forms the basis upon which the exercises in the upcoming lessons will build. The goal of this training is for you to genuinely feel it within yourself. Knowledge alone won't take you anywhere.

On this day, you'll acquire knowledge of your body by "looking" inward. You'll learn to direct your attention inward and tune into your life energy. You'll discover how you can experience the difference between sensing inwardly and realizing that you don't need to think for that. There's a part within you that's stable and another part that's very unstable. How do you learn to distinguish between them?
