Your soul is pure. And yet somewhere along the way, you started believing you had to be someone other than who you are. That you weren’t entirely okay. That there were things that needed to be fixed. But your soul doesn’t need to be repaired. She is always here, and only needs to feel again who you truly are. This is the moment to stop correcting yourself and to begin remembering yourself.

Welcome to the meditation aligned in every aspect of your being.

My name is Diana and I'm honored to guide you through this meditation.

Before we start the actual meditation,

Make yourself comfortable and begin by sitting and feeling.

Feel your body and what do you notice?

No judgments,

Simply let it be here for now.

Feel and sense.

Sense also your aliveness,

The life force energy in your body.

Feel whatever is present today.

Yourself,

Your pain,

Your flow,

Your emotion,

Warmth,

Cold.

Feel and sense.

Maybe it's hard to sit still.

Is there movement?

Then let your body move you.

Give space to whatever wants to be felt.

If you're in a place where you can stand or move freely,

Take your space.

It doesn't need to be wild or intense,

Just notice what your body brings.

You're checking in with yourself,

With your body and emotions.

You give them space by moving a little.

What do you notice?

What happens?

And then make the movement smaller until you come to complete stillness.

How do you feel now?

So for now we start the meditation returning to a true state of being.

Sit or lie down.

Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Breathe in and hold your breath for a moment at the top and sigh or hum as you breathe out.

Repeat this a few times and then let your breath find its natural rhythm.

You know the breath comes and goes on its own.

I can trust this.

Life is in me.

I can trust this.

I am in me.

I can trust this.

And the earth with all her beauty floats in her own place through the universe.

I can trust this.

Let each breath take you deeper inside and feel your body become heavier.

Your head,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your belly.

Everything can relax.

There is nothing you need to do.

You may simply be and you may surrender to life itself.

Imagine you are surrounded by a soft warm glow.

You may rest in it,

Relax.

Let yourself be held.

The warm gentle glow is here,

Present,

Friendly,

Open.

You don't need to earn it.

You don't need to be anything.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Relax.

Feel how this light slowly,

Very slowly,

Envelops you as if it touches your body,

Your skin,

Your shoulders,

Your heart.

Maybe you feel also the layers around it,

The tension in your body,

The thoughts that cling,

The little voices telling you how things should be.

Stay with that outer layer for a moment.

The emotional layer.

Acknowledge that it's there.

Acknowledge that you often get stuck there and feel resistance and you spend a lot of unconscious time in that shell.

It has lived you.

It has protected you.

It helped you.

It shaped you and now you may see it without judgment,

Without resistance.

And you can observe it,

The pain,

The sadness,

The anger and also the joy and the pleasure.

Everything can be there.

You can observe it from a quiet presence that does not judge,

That does not change,

No matter what happens.

As if behind all those layers something soft,

Something timeless is present.

This is the energy of the Source,

The non-judging,

Loving current that permeates everything.

Let yourself gently sink into it.

You don't need to force anything.

It happens naturally.

As long as you keep breathing,

Keep feeling with attention and focus.

And then you will notice.

I am that.

I am that light.

It lives in me too.

It flows through me.

I am that energy without stories,

Without burden.

Only pure awareness,

Still,

Clear,

Lovingly present.

This is your essence energy.

The energy before the stories,

Before the suffering,

Before the resistance.

Let everything that is not yours,

Everything you are ready to release,

Slowly fall away.

Just watch what arises.

You have all the time you need to let go,

To relax,

To become more yourself.

Every moment is the right moment to practice this.

So what drifts by now?

The voices from the past?

The expectations of others?

The masks you once wore?

Don't push anything away.

Don't look away.

Whatever arises is allowed to be here for a very good reason.

The tension,

The sadness,

The memory,

Even the resistance,

They belong to your human experience.

A very specific experience in a specific moment earlier in your life,

Not now.

Now,

You are simply watching and you may relax.

Feel how they show themselves.

Maybe as a sensation in your body,

A pressure on your chest,

A repeating thought,

Or an old image that suddenly appears.

Say softly to it,

I see you,

I hear you,

You may be here,

I love you.

You don't need to change it,

You don't need to fix it.

You may wrap it in love,

As if you are holding a child who is in pain,

Without trying to fix anything,

Just being present,

Breathing,

Open,

Soft.

And while you do this,

You notice that there is something in you that does not merge with the pain.

A quiet,

Warm presence that can see without judging.

That is what you are,

The witness,

The awareness behind the experience.

From there,

Everything can soften,

Everything can breathe,

Everything can rest.

And you travel slowly inwards,

Maybe you meet pain along the way,

Maybe you meet longing.

Old stories that once felt safe,

But may rest now.

See them,

Feel them,

And breathe through them.

With every breath,

You release a layer.

From relaxation,

From this moment,

This moment in which everything is okay,

And let only silence remain for now.

Quiet,

Spacious,

Loving presence.

This is you,

This is your energy.

Everything becomes softer,

Space opens,

Space between your thoughts,

Space between your breaths,

Space between everything you feel.

A silence unfolds.

But this is no ordinary silence.

It is a silence that is alive,

A silence as vast as the universe itself.

Let yourself expand deep inside you now.

I am not separate from the whole.

I am a drop returning to the ocean.

And at the same time,

I am the ocean itself.

Movement and stillness,

Form and emptiness,

One breath.

Let yourself rest in that.

No boundaries,

No demands,

No stories.

Only that endless field of presence that holds you,

Fills you,

Embraces you,

That you are.

And you see yourself crystal clear.

There is nothing wrong,

Nothing to improve.

You are perfect as you are.

A deep peace settles over you.

All self-criticism,

All doubt,

All comparison falls silent.

There is only contentment,

An inner knowing,

This is who I am.

Strong,

Loving,

Full of compassion,

Completely aligned,

Still.

And you feel it in every fiber of your being.

As if everything inside you falls into place,

Without thinking,

Without searching,

Without proof.

It is a knowing older than words,

A softness that says,

This is it,

This is how it was meant to be.

No doubt,

No noise.

All layers merge into one truth.

You are and that's enough.

Stay here for a moment.

Feel what it is like to be fully present in this moment.

Let the words sink into your heart.

I am,

I am,

I am.

Take one more deep breath in and slowly out.

And feel your body again,

Your hands,

Your feet.

And gently move your fingers and your shoulders.

And when it feels right for you,

Open up your eyes.

And bring the silence with you.

Because this state of being never disappears.

You only need to return to it.

This is your true home.
