Your consciousness is always there,
And if you are aware of that,
You are free.
In the meditation I invite you to surrender completely to your naturally present energy.
Make yourself comfortable.
Make sure you can sit or lie down relaxed.
Let yourself be taken away.
Relax your body and make yourself comfortable.
Feel the space around you.
Feel your body.
See if you can relax a little more with each inhale and exhale.
Relax your feet,
Your legs,
Your knees.
Relax the pelvic area,
Your belly,
Your chest.
Let all tension slip off your back and from your shoulders and your arms.
Relax your fingers.
Relax your neck and your throat.
And also let your head rest relaxed on your torso.
And then let your body be.
Be in the great field of consciousness.
There it can rest relaxed.
Keep in touch with your breathing and with relaxing your body.
Feel the space around you,
The peace,
The ease.
Then just imagine yourself floating delightfully on the water.
You are enjoying a vast ocean that gently and calmly and warmly is moving back and forth.
You are gently bobbing completely relaxed to the wonderful rhythm of the ocean,
Supporting you warmly and rocking you back and forth.
Surrender to it completely.
Experience how easy it is to float like this.
Every muscle,
Every cell can relax.
You are safe.

Occasionally something swims by.
It comes and it goes.
Every now and then something flies by.
It comes and it goes.
Clouds drift over and drift by again.
It comes and it goes.
And you?
You remain unchanged.
You stay relaxed,
Warm and calm.
And then the ocean brings you ashore with a warm wave.
You take your place on the beach.
You are here and you sit relaxed,
Warm,
Quiet.
People pass by and people leave again.
The water comes in the rhythm of ebb and flow and comes closer and goes further away again.
It comes and it goes.
And inside you,
It is always the breath that comes and goes.
The breath that connects you between your soul and your body.
Follow this movement.
Let yourself be carried along.
Observe.
Observe your breathing.
And again you notice that you are detached from your breathing.
Because you are looking from within yourself.
And the perceiving and the perceiver can never be the same as the one being watched.
You are the witness.
You are free.
