In this morning meditation, you will be gently guided through an energetic cleansing. Your energetic field — your aura and etheric body — will be lovingly cleared and recharged, helping you feel lighter, more resilient, and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you. We will use techniques inspired by Yoga Nidra to invite deep relaxation, to release tension, and to allow your energy to flow freely once more. There is nothing you need to do — simply be present and allow yourself to relax. This meditation is perfect for you if: • You want to refresh and renew your energy. • You wish to move out of your mind and into your body. • You are recovering from stress, overstimulation, or intense periods. • Or you simply want to start your day feeling clear, grounded, and vibrant.

Welcome to this morning meditation,

Where you will cleanse your energy and experience a fresh,

Clear start.

Just like taking a morning shower,

Perhaps even a cold one,

Brushing your teeth and feeling wonderfully refreshed.

Maybe you've even stretched or shaken your body awake,

It feels amazing.

But it's also important to consciously cleanse your energetic field,

Your etheric body.

When you do,

You experience greater resilience,

Joy and flow.

Life becomes a little lighter,

A little easier.

Especially after a period of stress,

Low energy or when your mind has been overactive.

Your energy system can become less flexible.

You might even stay fragile,

Thin or more prone to hold in your aura.

This reduced flexibility makes it even more essential to care for your energetic body daily.

By cleansing and balancing your energetic field regularly,

Ideally every day,

You'll notice a deep restoration.

You'll become less overstimulated,

Recover faster from illness or stress and feel stronger in yourself.

The more sensitive you are,

The more important it is to maintain radiant,

Vibrant energy around you.

Good energetic hygiene,

Regularly checking and tending to your field.

My name is Diana and today I will guide you through this energetic cleansing meditation.

In this meditation I use techniques inspired by Yoga Nidra.

If you're new to this,

The only thing you need to do is relax,

Relax deeply.

The art lies in being still,

Doing nothing at all,

Just being,

Effortlessly,

Without forcing,

Purely through surrender.

It's an exercise of awareness.

You simply observe your awareness.

You don't need to think,

You don't need to do anything.

Let's begin.

Make yourself as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

You even might choose to lie down.

Close your eyes.

Allow your body to soften,

To melt.

Feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper.

Take a few deep breaths and sigh out with a sound if you like.

Give it space.

With every exhale,

Imagine you are releasing tension,

Breathing in deeply,

Giving yourself inner spaciousness.

And with every out-breath,

Letting go,

Sighing it out,

And let your body become even softer.

Now listen to the sounds around you.

Notice the sounds far away.

No need to reach for them,

Search for them,

Just listen.

Notice them.

You can hear the sounds closer to you,

The sounds in the room.

And then turn your awareness inwards.

Listen to the sounds within you.

Be fully present with yourself.

Feel the spaciousness within.

Feel the softness,

Feel the space.

Now bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye,

Your asana chakra.

Rest your awareness here.

Be still.

If you have an intention for today,

Repeat it silently three times.

Let it resonate through every cell of your being.

If you don't have an intention yet,

Or would like a new one for today,

You may choose.

My energy field is pure,

Powerful,

And flexible.

Repeat it three times and feel it vibrating through your body.

Now gently shift your awareness to the center of your throat.

Your right shoulder.

Right elbow.

Wrist.

Tip of your right thumb.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Little finger.

Your right wrist.

Elbow.

Right shoulder.

Center of your throat.

Left shoulder.

Left elbow.

Wrist.

Left thumb.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Little finger.

Left wrist.

Elbow.

Left shoulder.

Center of the throat.

Heart center.

The right side of the chest.

Heart center.

Left side of the chest.

Heart center.

Solar plexus.

The center just below your ribcage.

Navel center.

Right hip.

Right knee.

Right ankle.

The big toe of the right foot.

Second toe.

Third.

Fourth.

Little toe.

Right ankle.

Right knee.

Right hip.

Navel center.

Left hip.

Knee.

Ankle.

Big toe of the left foot.

Second.

Third.

Fourth.

Little toe.

Left ankle.

Knee.

Hip.

Navel center.

Solar plexus.

Heart center.

The center of the throat.

Forehead center.

Relax deeply into this center.

Be still.

Rest here.

Now feel the top of your head.

Imagine a bright,

Sparkling white light emerging from your crown.

Like a fountain showering you with healing,

Sparkling energy.

It envelops your whole body.

Fills every cell.

Vibrating healing energy through you.

Breathe it in.

Make it spacious and light.

And as you are cleansed by this energetic shower,

Feel yourself supported by the earth beneath you.

You are safe.

You are health.

Now ask your body,

How do you feel?

What do you need?

If it feels good,

Simply enjoy it.

If it doesn't feel quite right,

Invite in the opposite feeling.

Allow yourself to experience both simultaneously.

Relax and observe.

Feel the life force flowing through you.

Breathe and rest here.

And as you continue resting quietly,

I will draw a card for today's message.

Feel how it resonates with you.

There is always hope for me.

I'm never alone.

Feel how these words land in your heart.

Finally,

If you wish,

You may ask your inner wise woman or inner wise man for guiding words for today.

Breathe into your heart.

Your exhale notes where your breath lands in your body.

Stay open and relaxed.

Your inner wisdom will always find a way to speak to you.

In its own timing,

In its own way.

Maybe a word,

A symbol,

A feeling arises.

Or maybe not,

And that's perfectly okay too.

Breathe into your heart.

And as you exhale,

Notice where your breath lands in your body.

For now,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying the softness and loving energy within you.

Nourish yourself.

Feel your body.

Feel your energy.

Be good to yourself.
