In this morning meditation, you will be gently guided through an energetic cleansing. Your energetic field — your aura and etheric body — will be lovingly cleared and recharged, helping you feel lighter, more resilient, and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you. We will use techniques inspired by Yoga Nidra to invite deep relaxation, to release tension, and to allow your energy to flow freely once more.
