In this lesson, you will explore the ideas and the evidence around how powerful our waking dreams can be in creating a future. Drawing on current research, evidence based psychology and mindful practice, you will review your knowledge of how that which we create in our minds can influence the responses of our body, and while we cannot control everything, we can learn to co-author our next steps in life. This lesson takes the style of informed input and a shared practice to end.

Creating The Dream: Stepping Into Your Future Self
This lesson is a practice to enable you to envision, experience and step into the future self that you want to be. It is a guided mindful waking daydream and stimulates the mind and body to create your own possibilities, seeking opportunities within the realities of your personal life and situation. When you have the multi dimensional model of your preferred future self, a mental hologram, you are enabled to step into it and embody all that this means for you. You can practice this daily to rehearse and internalise the best possible state to enable your best older self.

Affirming Your Future Self
Here you will practice affirmations to reinforce the practice that you have explored and utilised. Affirmations are thoughts which will positively influence your intention and mindset, and used regularly can begin to shore up the beliefs that you would like to hold in order to live the way that you would most like to.
