Learning to Enhance Your Self-Love
Loving yourself might sound a little strange to some, but that doesn’t mean it is not essential. The more you love yourself, the better you will take care of yourself. This impacts your health, longevity, self-esteem, self-confidence, and success. Self-love is a skill that can be developed. It is also the result of an effective set of habits. Set aside some time each day to build your self-esteem and self-love. Your life will be better for it.

The Importance of Self-Respect
When you have self-respect, you fully love yourself. You love yourself for who you are on the inside and not just because of what you do, what you look like, or what you're capable of. When you have self-respect, you take pride in who you are, and you know that you are valuable. On the flipside, without self-respect, it is difficult to have honesty, confidence, and integrity. Instead, a person without self-respect may feel the emotions of anger, guilt, blame, shame, or regret, and they sport secretive behavior because deep down they feel unworthy. Beyond that, if you can’t respect yourself, how can you respect others and how can others respect you?

Sacred Self-Care Helps You Reach Your Goals
If you want to reach your goals, self-care belongs on the top of your to do list. When you look after your health and wellbeing, you give yourself the strength and resilience you need to succeed. Ironically, we often abandon self-care just when we need it the most. Feeling overburdened and overwhelmed can make you more likely to skip meals or miss workouts. On the other hand, if you make self-care automatic, you will create habits you can depend upon to see you through any setbacks or irritations.

Learn to Turn Self-Doubt Around
Do you struggle with self-doubt? Perhaps you often wonder if you have made the right decision or have only a faint hope that your next project, or opportunity will turn out well. The most unfortunate thing about self-doubt is that your fears often become self-fulfilling prophecies. On the other hand, when you take action to become more confident in yourself, more things in your life automatically turn out better as well. With more self-confidence, your decision-making skills are strengthened, others are drawn to you in social situations, you produce higher quality work, and you are more able to create the life you desire.

Fortunately, there are ways to make relaxing anywhere simple and quick. Try some of the simple strategies I’ve included here for unwinding at home or at the office. Regular relaxation keeps your mind and body healthy and strong. Experiment to find the practices that relieve your stress and renew your energy.

Cultivating Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence
People often confuse these two terms. Many assume they are simply just two different words for the same thing, but this is not true. You can have a lot of self-esteem and minimal self-confidence. The opposite is also true. Having both is important. You will be more successful, happier in general, and happier with yourself if you can cultivate both qualities. Build self-confidence in the areas that serve you. Build your self-esteem so you can love yourself.

Strong course with perfect audio and reflective mediations at end of each session. For those who like "short" courses you will like this. I would have preferred more time on each subject. Thank you.
