White Light Healing & Protection

During these times of uncertainty and potential distance from those we love and care about, it is valuable to focus upon bringing and being of loving and kind service to all beings. In this guided visualization, we will envisage and create a felt sense of healing and protective white light for ourselves and for all.

Hello my dear.

This is a guided meditation intended to help you best visualize a protective shield or a protective force,

A protective white light type of experience.

And in order to invoke that or to feel it or to visualize it like perhaps as this white light,

We just need to call it.

And by calling it,

We can lean into the trust or the awareness that we can protect and heal ourselves or our loved ones.

We can protect and heal ourselves from physical and emotional challenges.

The thing here is that we just need to learn how to visualize it,

To call it,

And trust and know that it's there.

And so let's begin.

Just relax your body.

Relax your mind,

Taking some lovely,

Deep,

Nurturing,

Nourishing breaths.

And the more you let go of the awareness of your body during this time,

The easier it is for you to concentrate with your mind on just relaxing,

Relaxing and letting go.

So take a nice deep breath,

Hold it for a moment,

And then slowly let it out.

Imagine all the tension just leaving your body,

Leaving your body like a fine gray mist as you breathe out.

And again,

Let's do that again.

Take a nice deep breath in,

Hold,

And then let it go.

I find your natural rhythm,

Allowing your breath to be deep,

To be slow,

And to be rhythmic.

And now in your mind's eye,

I'd like you to imagine,

To visualize,

To feel,

To see,

However you can,

Pretend a very large white ball of light moving toward you slowly.

It comes closer and closer,

Getting bigger and bigger,

Until it's surrounding you completely,

Blanketing you completely,

A wee bit like walking into a cloud.

This white ball of light encourages you to let go of all your thoughts,

Any emotions that you need to let go of,

And is completely and deeply,

Deeply relaxed.

From the tips of your toes to the top of your head,

Softening,

Relaxing,

Being more and more fully relaxed.

Just concentrate your awareness on that beautiful cloud of white,

All-encompassing light.

You are now completely surrounded by this white light.

It's a shield,

Your personal,

Special shield.

This white light surrounding you protects you,

Glows with the love of source energy.

And as you accept the white light into yourself,

Into your mind,

Into your heart,

Into your entire being,

Into your understanding,

You are connecting with the deep,

Rich source of all life,

Of all love.

The white light symbolizes a divine source of love that knows no boundaries.

It protects all beings.

It protects everyone and everything in a wonderfully supportive way.

It protects from harm at all times.

It is the strongest force in the entire universe.

It can protect from all types of outside influences.

It's a white light shield,

This bright,

Shining white light.

It's yours.

It's yours to command,

To request,

To put on and to use any time that you decide that you will accept.

You will call,

That you will use this white light shield.

You just say to yourself,

In your mind,

I accept this white light protection.

And when you do,

The protection surrounds you like this white cloud,

This white shield.

Instantly it springs into action,

Enveloping you with the purity of light,

Covering you with protection.

Saying I accept the white light protection.

It allows you,

It allows all of us to be protected by source energy.

And now call to mind,

Visualize all of your loved ones,

See them in your mind's eye.

You can extend this beautiful cloud,

This white cloud,

That white protective shield out to every one of your loved ones.

Your friends,

Your loved ones,

See this as a mighty force.

It's the mightiest force in the entire universe.

The most radiant white protective shield around them,

Protecting them,

Forming an invisible wall of protection.

It protects and comforts your loved ones against any form of bad thoughts,

Any negativity,

Any worry,

Any kind of suffering,

Anything at all that could hurt or harm them.

It supports,

Loves and protects everything and everyone completely.

Visualize that light swirling around all of your loved ones,

Having been called into place at this time.

It creates a beautiful,

Supportive,

Loving shield of protection.

If you have someone you know,

A loved one,

A friend,

Anyone that needs any kind of healing,

Whether it's an emotional support or physical healing,

You can just imagine,

Just to visualize that person or that being and send this beautiful white floaty cloud of protection,

Of love to that person.

See a glow of white light encompassing,

Enveloping them.

This loving light surrounds them and assists them wherever and whenever they wish to pull upon this too.

You can visualize this white light swirling around,

Creating a shield of protection for them too,

Supporting and helping them and giving them protection.

This white light protects and comforts all who ask.

It seeks to support and give divine love to all who ask.

You may send this beautiful cloud of white light right out,

All the way around the entire universe,

To all places that you feel may need some help or some protection,

To all people you may wish to send all of your thoughts of love,

Acceptance,

Healing to,

But above all and especially to you.

Visualize that white floaty cloud,

That beautiful sparkling radiant light all around you,

All around your home,

All around your entire space,

All around any space that you go to,

Wherever you go,

Wherever you need to be.

Keep this white light with you and take it on your journey each and every day.

Accept this white light of protection,

Of love,

Of healing,

The protection from source energy,

From where we all are connected.

Now gently,

Slowly,

Calmly and easily start to return to your awareness to where you are.

You may feel balanced,

You may still feel balanced and wonderful physically,

Mentally and emotionally.

You may even feel refreshed as if you've been cleansed and cleared physically and energetically,

But you're still going to be protected by this beautiful white light,

This great white light of love,

Compassion,

Acceptance.

And you can come back and call upon this white light any time you need to be boost to help you feel protective,

At ease and calm.

So just take another nice deep breath,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes all the way back.

This happened to me spontaneously many years ago; a small swirling sparkling ball of bright white light came in from the right in my inner vision. The ball swirled and grew and suddenly spread to a bow above me with this sparkling light raining down on and around me. At that time I had no idea what it was but it left me with a deep feeling of happiness. I even woke my hubby up and like "you have no idea what just happened"😄 It has stayed with me ever since🌞🤍🤍🤍🌞
