Amanda is a Certified Health & Life Coach and Yoga Nidra Instructor holding additional certifications in meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, holistic health & holistic nutrition. After suffering through her own chronic health conditions and healing through nervous system regulation, she uses her training and personal experience to help others better manage daily stressors and recover from chronic illness. This was a peaceful meditation. Had my knee stopped spasming, it definitely would have made me drift off to sleep, so I'll try it again when I'm not more focused on physical discomfort at 4am, Tempe, AZ time at 64 years old and family visiting. Too many things to factor in, but at least I have the willingness to be more zen. 😁 Still, much to be thankful for. Thank you. 💝🌹
