Starting your day with these affirmations can give you a greater sense of calm and ease.
They can help you flow through daily challenges and upsets.
Starting your day in a positive way can help you feel good about yourself and about your life.
Give yourself the next few minutes to get into a comfortable position.
You might choose to listen to this recording while laying in bed before you even get up in the morning.
Or you could sit in a comfortable seated position.
Be sure to turn off the notifications on your phone and let anyone in your home know that you don't want to be interrupted for the next 10 or 15 minutes.
When you're ready,
Close down your eyes and begin to deepen your breath.
Breathing in deeply from your belly,
Allowing each exhale to be long and slow.
You might even let out a sigh on your next exhale,
Helping to further release any tightness or tension.
Continue to breathe deeply as you listen to the following affirmations and silently repeat each one to yourself two or three times.
