Good Morning Sunshine! These affirmations are intended to help you begin your day in a positive way, because how you start your day is often your day will go. Let the following affirmations bring you into presence and help you feel grounded and ready to manage whatever today may bring. While you can’t always control what happens to you, you can control how you respond. Starting your day with these affirmations can give you a greater sense of calm and ease that will help you flow through daily challenges and upsets. Namaste.

Good morning sunshine.

This is Amanda,

And these affirmations are intended to help you begin your day in a positive way.

Because how you start your day is often how your day will go.

These affirmations are intended to help you feel present,

Grounded,

And ready to manage whatever today may bring.

Because while you can't always control what happens to you,

You can control how you respond.

Starting your day with these affirmations can give you a greater sense of calm and ease.

They can help you flow through daily challenges and upsets.

Starting your day in a positive way can help you feel good about yourself and about your life.

Give yourself the next few minutes to get into a comfortable position.

You might choose to listen to this recording while laying in bed before you even get up in the morning.

Or you could sit in a comfortable seated position.

Be sure to turn off the notifications on your phone and let anyone in your home know that you don't want to be interrupted for the next 10 or 15 minutes.

When you're ready,

Close down your eyes and begin to deepen your breath.

Breathing in deeply from your belly,

Allowing each exhale to be long and slow.

You might even let out a sigh on your next exhale,

Helping to further release any tightness or tension.

Continue to breathe deeply as you listen to the following affirmations and silently repeat each one to yourself two or three times.

Give yourself a few moments to just be with the good feelings you've created within.

Let yourself feel good because you deserve to feel good.

Resist any urge that you might have to quickly get up and begin rushing around.

Allow a deep breath and feel the goodness that is now marinating within you.

Slowly begin to bring yourself back to the present moment.

Ever so gently opening your eyes and maybe allowing a stretch.

Don't rush.

And as you move through your day,

Remind yourself that you choose to live in the flow of life.
