Explore MeditationAnne has been a social worker in public education for decades. After experiencing her own compassion fatigue, she delved deeper into her meditation practice to find greater presence and resilience. She pivoted this experience to found TeachWell, an organization focused on educator wellbeing. Mindfulness and meditation have become cornerstones of her personal and professional journey. As a graduate of the MMTCP program, she has expanded her practice to share sangha in her local community and facilitate retreats. Surf, yoga, family, and friends bring her great joy. Practicing and guiding meditation create harmony. She feels honored and blessed to share her journey and the beautiful discoveries held within that journey with others.
