Ash has always been a seeker. Since 2018, she has been teaching yoga in studio and community spaces where she shares with her students the peace, mindfulness, and self-acceptance she has found through her own practice. She holds a 500-hour YTT with additional specialized training in Restorative, Yin, Trauma-Informed, and Accessible Yoga. As a writer, multimedia artist, and musician, Ash explores meditation as a tool for evoking curiosity and playful inspiration in her own work. She loves engaging with students who want to connect with their own creativity. Ash believes that all people deserve to experience the benefits of yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness practices. She is especially interested in exploring how asana and meditation allow people to care for themselves so that they can better care for one another and our world.
