From a comfortable position,

Bring one hand to your heart center,

Stack the other hand on top.

Take a slow inhale through the nose and a slow exhale through the nose.

Feel the warmth of your hands on your heart center.

Let that warmth grow.

Feel it extend to your whole torso,

Your whole back body,

Down to your toes and to the top of your head.

Breathe in compassion and let it spread within and around you.

Every part of you is welcome.

Breathe out compassion.

Let it extend beyond your body,

Out into your community,

Out into the world.
