Find a comfortable position and begin to watch the rhythm of your own breath.

Notice how each inhale creates expansion in the body,

Each exhale a softening.

For the next three breaths,

See if you can lengthen the inhale,

Lengthen the exhale.

Take a gentle scan of the body as you breathe,

Noticing with curiosity what's arising for you today.

How do you feel?

Can you notice without judgment?

Take one more slow,

Steady breath.

Let yourself transition to the next moment in your day.
