Park of Peace: Relax, Release & Recharge In this session, we will practice visualizing ourselves in a park early in the morning before sunrise. We will imagine the peacefulness and beauty of the park, the flowers in the gardens, and the fish in the pond. We will also walk amongst the trees, and finally arrive at a small hut with an aura of light around it. Feeling a sense of deep peace and harmony within and outside. This will help us to Relax, Release & Recharge our body-mind.
