Hello,

Little one.

This is Nitya with Nitya Living.

So happy to be with you.

It's time to go to sleep.

But first,

Let's check our body for wiggles and giggles.

Can you feel your toes and your feet?

Let them be still.

Shh.

Can you feel your legs?

They're so heavy and tired from all that you have done today.

Do you feel your back?

So relaxed.

And you are so still and so quiet.

Shh.

Do you feel your tummy rise and fall as you breathe in and breathe out?

Let's take a deep breath in and fill your belly like a balloon.

Open your mouth and let the breath go.

Ah.

Let's do that again.

Breathe in.

Big belly breath.

Big,

Big breath.

Open your mouth.

Let it go.

Ah.

Stretch your hands wide.

Breathe your hands into tight fists.

Hold.

Let go.

Ah.

You are so still and so quiet.

Let your head move side to side.

So good.

Let your head be still.

Take a big lion breath.

Take a deep breath in.

Open your mouth.

Stick out your tongue and make a sort of roar sound.

Ah.

Deep breath in and squeeze your face like you just bit into a sour apple.

Squeeze your forehead,

Nose,

Mouth.

Exhale.

Let your breath go.

Ah.

You feel so relaxed and calm now.

And now that the wiggles and giggles are gone and you are still and silent,

You can listen to this song and go to sleep.

Shh.

Shh.

I'll walk in the rain by your side.

I'll cling to the warmth of your tiny hand.

I'll do anything to help you understand.

I'll love you more than anybody can.

And the wind will whisper your name to me.

Little birds will sing along in time.

The leaves will bow down when you walk by.

And morning bells will chime.

I'll be there when you're feeling down to kiss away the tears when you cry.

I'll share with you all the happiness I've found.

A reflection of the love in your eyes.

And I'll sing you the song of the rainbow.

Whisper of the joy that is mine.

The leaves will bow down when you walk by.

And morning bells will chime.

Om Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.

Om Shanti,

Shanti.

Shanti,

Shanti.

Shanti,

Shanti.

You are so still and so quiet.

As you drift off into a sweet deep sleep.

Night night little one.

Night night.
