Welcome to your workplace stress EFT tapping meditation.

This meditation is going to be so helpful if you're experiencing a lot of stress in your workplace or in some other area of your life.

But I created it based on stress that I was experiencing in my workplace.

So think about the stress that you're dealing with and I want you to focus on that as we tap because I will be using my words but if you're focusing specifically on how you feel that is going to be so helpful to you.

So before we get into it let's go ahead and grade our stress from a 1 through 10.

10 being the most stressed and we're going to work on bringing that number down.

So get comfortable and we are going to begin.

So let's start by taking a deep breath in and breathe out and go ahead and start tapping on the side of your hand and you can repeat after me or you can just feel the words that I say as we tap.

Sometimes I am so stressed at work that it's overwhelming to me but I love and accept myself anyway.

Sometimes I am so stressed at work that I take it home with me but I love and accept myself anyway.

I know that I can get to a place where I feel less stressed in my workplace and I love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Okay for these first two rounds we're going to focus on getting the negative of how we feel about the stress out.

So think about how that stress feels,

How it makes you feel and just allow that to bubble up so that you can kind of get that out as we're tapping in these first two rounds.

So just focus on that and either listen to my words or repeat them and just tap along.

So tap at your eyebrow.

Sometimes work is so stressful.

Side of your eye.

I can't even think straight with all of this stress.

Under your eye.

I don't even think I'm doing a good job anymore.

Under your nose.

I'm letting the stress take over.

Under your mouth.

I am taking this stress home with me.

Collarbone.

And I'm just sick of it.

Under your armpit.

This stress is taking a toll on my life.

Top of the head.

I don't want to let this stress get to me so easily.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I'm so sick of feeling this way at my job.

Side of your eye.

There is just so much happening all of the time.

Under your eye.

I'm sick of feeling so overwhelmed.

Under your nose.

I don't want to keep feeling this way.

Under your mouth.

I'm taking the stress home with me.

Collarbone.

It's not good for me in the long term.

Under your armpit.

The short-term benefit almost doesn't feel worth it anymore.

Top of the head.

This stress is really taking a toll on me.

Go ahead,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

So in these last three rounds we're allowing ourselves to get to a better place with our stress,

With how we feel about our job,

With how we want to feel with this stress in our lives,

Or how we want to feel about our workplace situation.

So allow yourself to think on that.

How do you want to feel in your workplace?

How do you want to feel when this stress comes up?

Because sometimes it can be a self-induced thing and sometimes not.

But just allow yourself to think about,

You know,

If it is,

If you do feel like it's self-induced,

How would I want to respond to this stress differently?

And if not,

Just allow yourself to think on,

Is there something else I should be doing right now?

Is this the right fit for me?

And you don't have to go that deep with it,

But just allow yourself to go wherever you need to go right now.

So go ahead and tap at your eyebrow.

What if I stopped feeling the need to be so on top of everything?

Side of your eye.

What if I stopped to take time for myself during the day?

Under your eye.

Even if it was just a short walk or a trip to the coffee machine.

Under your nose.

What if I started putting value in taking care of myself outside of work?

Under your mouth.

What if I stopped responding immediately to things from work?

Collarbone.

And gave myself the time I deserve to respond to the things that had to do with my job.

Under your armpit.

What if I always assessed how I felt before doing anything at work?

Top of the head.

Still getting my job done,

But with less force and more flow.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

All of these changes might feel uncomfortable for me.

Side of your eye.

Taking time for myself during work and outside of work.

Under your eye.

But I deserve to do that to help my stress levels.

Under your nose.

I will do a better job when I can help myself handle stress better.

Under your mouth.

I will be a better employee if I can also tend to myself.

Collarbone.

Not always pushing past what my body is telling me to please my boss.

Under your armpit.

Or to please the company that I work for.

Top of the head.

I will be a better employee if I just start to listen to what I need.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I deserve to take care of myself.

Side of your eye.

Just because someone else is paying me,

Doesn't mean I should ignore how I feel.

Under your eye.

Because someone is paying me,

I should actually listen more to how I feel.

Under your nose.

Again,

How can I be a good employee if I don't listen to myself and my body?

Under your mouth.

Taking care of myself will help me deal with the stress at work.

Collarbone.

Taking care of myself first is always the answer.

Under your armpit.

I can handle stress better when I take time for me.

Top of the head.

I know that I can feel less stressed when I put in the time for me.

And I love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Okay,

That is the end of this EFT tapping meditation.

If you want to go ahead and regrade yourself and just think about that stress and where you started at the beginning of this tapping.

And from 1 through 10,

10 being the most stress,

See if that number went down at all for you.

See if you feel a little bit different.

You feel a little bit more relaxed.

If you maybe even have some things that you want to go take action on after this.

Some ways that you want to treat yourself better.

And just also assess,

Do I feel lighter right now?

That's really the goal of this tapping.

And I truly hope that you're taking care of yourself.

Or at least this tapping is slowly helping you or giving you permission to take care of yourself.

Because we all deserve to take care of ourselves no matter who we work for,

Or where we work.

We deserve to have a well functioning body,

A well functioning mental state.

We deserve all of those things,

No matter who we work for,

Or where we work or what kind of job we have.

So I want you to just know that and thank you so much for listening today.

I hope you have a great rest of your day.
