Welcome to your trust yourself EFT tapping meditation.

This meditation is going to help you get to the place of trusting yourself.

If you're coming into it,

Feeling like I don't trust myself right now,

I don't trust my decisions,

But I want to,

I want to get to that place.

And this is going to help you by kind of working through how you feel about not trusting yourself and getting to a place of,

You know,

However you feel about trusting yourself,

Helping you get more to that place of feeling like you can trust yourself.

And sometimes that's looking at the past,

Looking at,

You know,

Times that you have trusted yourself.

How did that turn out?

Sometimes that's just kind of being realistic with yourself and,

You know,

Kind of saying to yourself,

Why,

You know,

Why wouldn't I trust myself right now?

Like,

Why not?

Like,

What's the worst thing that could happen?

And that's really what we're doing today.

So you can go ahead and get comfortable and you can start by just taking a deep breath in and breathe out.

Okay.

So I'm going to tell you where to tap and I'm going to say phrases that you can either say after me,

Or you can just feel what I say.

So I want you to just think about what you don't trust about yourself right now.

Like,

How does that feel for you?

What's coming up for you and allow yourself to kind of focus on that as we're tapping and get yourself to the other side of that,

Whatever that looks like for you.

So go ahead and tap on the side of your hand.

Even though I don't always trust myself,

I love and accept myself anyway.

Even though trusting myself has been a lifelong battle,

I love and accept myself anyway.

I know that I can get to a place where I trust myself more and more,

And I fully love and accept myself.

Go ahead,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

Sometimes I really don't trust myself.

Side of your eye.

I feel like I know the right decision.

Under your eye,

But I question it.

Under your nose,

I think about what other people might say.

Under your mouth,

Or the advice someone else might give me.

Collarbone,

And that overpowers my decision.

Under your armpit,

So even if I know what I want to do at first.

Top of the head,

I don't ultimately trust myself and my decisions.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I'm honestly so sick of not trusting myself.

Side of your eye,

Because it feels terrible.

Under your eye,

It feels bad to know what I want to do.

Under your nose,

And to let myself be convinced otherwise.

Under your mouth,

Or to make the decision that I want to make.

Collarbone,

Only because someone else validated it.

Under your armpit,

I want to just start trusting myself.

Top of the head,

I am so sick of not doing this for myself.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

What if I started trusting myself in small ways?

Side of your eye,

What if I just started putting more weight to what I wanted to do?

Under your eye,

And less weight on other people's thoughts and opinions.

Under your nose,

What if I started believing that I knew the answers?

Under your mouth,

What if I believed that there was a reason that I felt the way that I did?

Collarbone,

These feelings aren't coming to me for no reason.

Under your armpit,

What if I knew that trusting myself was a process and it's not going to happen overnight?

Top of the head,

So it's okay to be slow and gentle with myself and let it develop.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I know that my feelings come to me for a reason.

Side of your eye,

I know ultimately what feels right for me,

Always.

Under your eye,

I always know that it's not easy for me to just listen to that.

Under your nose,

And that is what I'm here to work on.

Under your mouth,

I allow myself to take action on small things to start building that trust.

Collarbone,

I can take action on anything small that even comes to mind right now as I'm tapping.

Under your armpit,

I know this process will not be fast.

Top of the head,

Because building trust takes time and that's okay.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I know that I can build trust in myself over time.

Side of your eye,

I know over the time the decisions that I want to make will feel right.

Under your nose,

I'm going to allow that trust to build over time.

Under your mouth,

And I'm okay with the time that it might take me.

Collarbone,

Because I know that trusting myself will improve my life.

Under your armpit,

I'm so proud of myself for taking these steps to self-trust.

Top of the head,

I know that I am on my way to trusting myself more and more and I fully love and accept myself.

Go ahead,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Okay,

That is the end of our tapping today on trusting ourselves.

I hope that you got to a place at the end where you felt like maybe it's not like magic,

Like,

Oh my gosh,

I trust myself so much now.

But maybe you got to a place where you know that you're going to get there and however long it takes is okay,

But you're always working toward that.

And that's really what I wanted you to get out of this tapping.

So you can go back and do this as many times as you need to.

If maybe you're not feeling as much,

You're as trusting as you wanted to feel,

But you know,

Feel free to always come back to it and even do it daily to kind of build that trust in yourself.
