Welcome to your EFT tapping meditation titled I couldn't have predicted this.

This is perfect for you if maybe you're currently experiencing a situation that feels a little hard for you to accept,

Maybe a little hard to process because just came out of nowhere.

Something you completely have not predicted for yourself,

A situation you couldn't have predicted ahead of time.

That is exactly what this is for to just help you process that situation and start to accept it because when this sort of thing happens it's not easy.

So go ahead and get comfortable and we're gonna begin.

So let's just start by taking a deep breath in and out.

Tap on the side of your hand.

Even though I feel like this situation is not what I thought it would be,

I love and accept myself anyway.

Even though there is no way I could have predicted how the situation would go or how it would end,

I love and accept myself anyway.

I know that I can get to a place where it's okay that this happened and I accept it and I love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Eyebrow.

Why does this have to happen to me?

Side of your eye.

Why am I in this situation?

Under your eye.

I don't want to be in this situation.

Under your nose.

I don't want to deal with this situation.

Under your mouth.

Why can't I just be living my life in a normal way right now?

Collarbone.

Why can't I just be in a situation that's working out for me right now?

Under your armpit.

A situation that I don't really have to deal with.

I can just move through like normal.

Top of the head.

I accept all of my current feelings about this situation even though they're not easy to feel right now.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

What if I stopped focusing so much on why this all happened?

Side of your eye.

Or why this happened to me?

Under your eye.

What if I just focused on the fact that I couldn't have predicted this?

Under your nose.

What if I focused on the fact that I couldn't have done anything differently?

Under your mouth.

What if I accepted that sometimes situations like this happen?

Collarbone.

And there is nothing I could have done differently?

Under your armpit.

What if I focused on the fact that it's going to be okay?

Top of the head.

What if I knew that this was just a moment in time and it's okay that it feels the way that it does?

It's not going to last forever.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Eyebrow.

It's okay that I'm in this situation.

Side of your eye.

I could not have predicted this situation.

Under your eye.

And that's okay.

Under your nose.

It doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with me.

Under your mouth.

It's all going to be okay.

Collarbone.

But it's also okay if it doesn't feel that way right now.

Under your armpit.

Life is hard sometimes.

Top of the head.

And right now is one of those times.

And that is okay.

Go ahead take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I know that it's all going to turn around for me.

Side of your eye.

I know that I could not have predicted any of this.

Under your eye.

And that is okay.

Under your nose.

It's okay that it's all ended up the way that it has.

Under your mouth.

None of this has to mean anything about me.

Collarbone.

It's just the way life has gone right now.

Under your armpit.

And that is okay.

Top of the head.

I know it will all be okay.

And I love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Okay.

That is the end of our tapping for today.

I could not have predicted this.

Whatever your situation is that you're in that maybe you couldn't have predicted,

I truly hope that you feel a little more acceptance around the situation or maybe you've been able to process it a little more in doing this tapping.

But as with any situation that we can't predict,

Something that just seems to come out of the blue,

That is not easy.

It's not something that happens overnight.

So do this tapping as much as you need to and just allow yourself to take the time you need to get to that acceptance.

To get to where you've been able to process what happened and however long that takes is the right amount of time.
