Welcome to your perimenopause EFT tapping meditation.
This tapping is not medical advice.
I am not a doctor.
I am just an EFT tapping practitioner,
But this is meant to help you if you are going through perimenopause and maybe just going through a lot of changes,
Feeling very emotional or feeling like the changes are a lot for you.
I wanted to just make this and let you know that you're not alone.
There are other people going through the same thing as you,
And it's very normal to feel the way that you're feeling.
When anybody goes through the changes that you're going through or any changes in their life,
It can be a lot.
And I just really wanted to help you move through that.
This is not something that I'm personally experiencing as I write this.
This was actually a request,
But I wrote this in talking to people and reading about perimenopause in hopes that I could really help someone.
So I truly hope this helps you in what you're going through as you're listening to this.
And all you need to do is tap along with me,
Either just listen to what I say or repeat after me.
And we're going to go ahead and just begin by getting comfortable and taking a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap on the side of your hand.
Even though I'm going through a lot of changes right now,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I'm moving into a new phase of life and that feels hard at times,
I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I can make peace with where I am in this phase of life.
And I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I'm experiencing a lot of new symptoms.
Side of your eye.
Some symptoms I really don't want to experience.
Under your eye.
Really,
All of them I don't want to experience.
Under your nose.
It feels really hard to be in this place.
Under your mouth.
Things are really changing for me.
Collarbone.
And I'm not the person that I used to be.
Under your armpit.
And I know that's okay,
But it just feels hard.
Top of the head.
I'm getting older and I know that's okay too,
But it's hard.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
It feels weird to be in this phase of life.
Side of your eye.
I'm not always sure how I got here.
Under your eye.
It seems like just yesterday my cycle was starting.
Under your nose.
And now I'm on the way to it ending.
Under your mouth.
And I just don't always know how I feel about that.
Collarbone.
It seems like such a hard change for me right now.
Under your armpit.
And I validate the feelings that I'm having around this.
Top of the head.
I allow myself to feel how hard this is for me.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
What if it was okay that this was a hard time for me?
Side of your eye.
What if it was okay that my body was changing?
Under your eye.
What if it was okay that I'm having new symptoms that aren't always pleasant?
Under your nose.
What if it was okay that I don't feel okay all of the time?
Under your mouth.
What if I knew that this was a very necessary change for me even though it's hard?
Collarbone.
What if I knew that I was lucky to experience this change because not everybody gets to?
Under your armpit.
But it's also okay if I'm not there yet and I don't feel that way.
Top of the head.
What if I allowed myself to know that any way I feel right now is okay?
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I know that I am moving into a new phase of life.
Side of your eye.
And that can be hard for anyone.
Under your eye.
It feels especially hard sometimes.
Under your nose.
But I am giving myself grace.
Under your mouth.
And I know it's normal for this to be hard.
Collarbone.
It's hard when anyone moves into a new phase of life.
Under your armpit.
It's hard when your body changes.
Top of the head.
And it's okay that this time is hard for me.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Tap at your eyebrow.
I know that I will come out on the other side of this.
Side of your eye.
And be able to see that this was a necessary change for me.
Under eye.
Maybe I don't feel that way now.
Under your nose.
But I know that I will.
Under your mouth.
I know that I am lucky to be able to go through this change as not everybody gets to.
Collarbone.
I also might not see that now,
But I will.
Under your armpit.
I give myself so much grace and comfort during this time.
Top of the head.
I know that I will soon find peace when it's right for me during this new phase of my life.
And I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Okay.
That was the end of this EFT tapping meditation for perimenopause.
I truly hope that this gave you some comfort in the phase that you're moving into in your life.
As you know,
All changes are usually not comfortable at all.
And there's usually a lot of things that we're moving through.
So I truly hope this helped you.
And that's why I wrote this because I know that every change,
Every phase is hard,
But we need to give ourselves grace.
We need to give ourselves time to know that it's okay that it's hard and allow ourselves to move through that before we get to a place where we're like,
Okay,
This is fine.
You know,
That does not happen overnight.
So I truly hope this helps you with that process.
And I want to thank you so much for listening today,
And I hope you have a great rest of your day.
