Welcome to your acceptance EFT tapping meditation.

This meditation is all about acceptance whether it's of a situation that you're in or just you know accepting something in your life and it could be really anything that you're struggling to find this acceptance in.

Sometimes I find that acceptance is such a hard part of the journey because to kind of get to a better place of how we feel about something a lot of times we need to first accept it and sometimes we don't want to.

So that is what this is going to help you with and really focusing on not being so hard on yourself if that acceptance piece is hard for you.

So go ahead and get comfortable and we're gonna begin.

So you can grade yourself for how accepting you feel of your situation or whatever you're trying to find acceptance around from a 1 through 10.

10 being the least amount of acceptance and we're gonna regrade that at the end.

So take a seat and as you're getting comfortable let's go ahead and take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Okay tap on the side of your hand.

Even though it feels so hard to accept right now I love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I don't even really want to accept this situation I love and accept myself anyway.

I know I can get to a place where I accept what's going on and I truly love myself.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

It feels so hard to accept right now.

Side of your eye.

It feels like the last thing I want to do is accept what's going on.

Under your eye.

I just want to be over this.

Under your nose.

And it feels so hard to accept what's going on.

Under your mouth.

I know it's what I need to do but I don't want to do that right now.

Collarbone.

I allow all of these feelings to be valid.

Under your armpit.

It's okay for me to have these feelings.

Top of the head.

It's okay that I don't want to accept my situation right now.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

It just feels so hard right now.

Side of your eye.

Acceptance does not feel easy for me right now.

Under your eye.

And that's okay.

Under your nose.

It doesn't need to come to me easily.

Under your mouth.

Nothing is usually that easy.

Collarbone.

Acceptance just needs to come when I'm ready for it.

Under your armpit.

And that might not be right at this moment.

Top of the head.

And that's okay.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

What if I knew that I didn't have to accept this situation right now?

Side of your eye.

What if I knew I could build up to it?

Under your eye.

What if I knew that acceptance was allowed to take time?

Under your nose.

What if I knew that everything was allowed to take time?

Under your mouth.

What if I knew that I literally don't have to rush anything?

Collarbone.

What if I knew that everything comes in the time that it's meant to?

Under your armpit.

What if I started to slowly accept the situation when it feels right for me?

Top of the head.

What if I knew that it was okay whenever it feels right?

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I am in no rush to accept my situation.

Side of your eye.

Especially if it doesn't feel right.

Under your eye.

It's okay.

Under your nose.

It's okay if acceptance doesn't feel right for me right now.

Under your mouth.

However,

I know sooner or later acceptance will feel right.

Collarbone.

It might even feel right as I say these words.

Under your armpit.

Or it might feel right later on.

Top of the head.

I am ready for whenever that comes for me.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I know I am closer to acceptance now than I was at the beginning of this practice.

Side of your eye.

But it's okay if I'm still not fully there.

Under your eye.

And it's okay if I am there.

Under your nose.

I deserve to be gentle with myself.

Under your mouth.

I deserve to do what feels right for me.

Collarbone.

I deserve to fall into acceptance when that feels good for me.

Under your armpit.

I know that when I reach acceptance it's going to feel really good.

Top of the head.

I know I am on my way to acceptance and I fully love myself.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Okay that's the end of this tapping meditation.

If you want to go ahead and regrade that acceptance from 1 through 10.

10 being the least accepting of the situation or whatever it was you're tapping on today.

And just see if your number went down.

And if after all of this you don't magically feel like you're in that acceptance part of whatever is going on.

That's okay.

You can come back and do this as many times as you need.

It's all about being gentle with yourself.

Being nice to yourself.

And that's all you can really do in this situation.

I really love your approach to this; it was so helpful, thank you! A tiny thing is that I found the breathing interval between tapping rounds a little too short to be able to take a calm in-and-out breath. But otherwise, perfect! Thank you 🙏
