In this session we add Strong Determination. If you have never experienced this before, then it will be a challenge. Here, before we begin, we make the intention to sit perfectly still for the entire duration of the meditation. We place ourselves in the most comfortable position that we know...take a breath.. and then launch in. We will discover many things about ourselves in this practice :) The audio this time is almost completely silent - just some background noises. This will allow you to find your own pace and proceed at the rate that you wish. If you find particularly strong sensations in one area of your body, then slow down even more. At the end of one body scan spend some time dwelling in full body awareness, before returning to the next scan.
