Nicky started her journey into Mindfulness, Meditation and Spirituality on a retreat in 2019. Since then, she is an avid meditator and lives her life mindfully. Guided by her own intuïtion, she started writing and recording meditations in times where she herself needed them most. By sharing them, she hopes others benefit as much from them as she has.
