This short and sweet technique is a great practice for when you want to connect with the present moment without focusing too much on your pain or discomfort. This is a general healing practice that can give you hope and help alleviate stress and symptoms too.

I love doing this meditation with Naomi. She is one of my favorite teachers.

Amazing. Blend of beautiful music and voice and perfect pace leading to a brief but impactful feeling of being healed. I use two other much longer healing meditations; one in the am, one in the pm. But I’ve been searching for quite awhile for a briefer one to use a couple times during the day to bridge the others. This one fits the bill perfectly. Felt so relaxed and soothed during and gently charged after. Grateful for the sharing!
