Imagine a bright shining light above you.
This light represents wisdom.
See it slowly descending down upon you,
Enveloping you in its warmth and radiance.
As the light touches your forehead,
Feel a sense of clarity and understanding entering your mind,
Allowing yourself to let go of any negative thoughts or doubts that have arisen.
Imagine the light moving down to your heart.
As it does,
Feel a sense of compassion and empathy growing within you,
Allowing yourself to feel connected to all beings and to understand that we are all in this journey together.
The light continues to move down,
Reaching your hands.
As it does,
Feel a sense of purpose and direction entering your being.
Allow yourself to be guided towards actions that will bring benefit to yourself and others.
Finally,
The light reaches your feet.
As it does,
Feel a sense of grounding and stability entering your body,
Allowing you to stand firmly on your path and to make wise choices in all aspects of life.
