Hello everyone and I welcome you all to the 10th day of 21 day meditation and today we are going to do a beautiful session which is based on responsibility and it's going to be a guided session so practically there is one stage to it where you will be sitting and I will guide you from step to step and I hope it will help you a lot.
So take a position,
You could be either sitting on a chair or you could be sitting on a mat,
Active and comfortable position as I always say choose that,
Choose a position where you are active,
You are not sleepy or in a slumber and yet the position which is comfortable in case you always need to take some backrest support to sit on the floor it's absolutely fine to do that.
Take in your positions,
Breathe in and breathe out,
Breathe in and breathe out a few times and as you do that gently close your eyes,
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times,
Relax your head,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your spine,
Relax your hands,
Relax your feet,
Visualize the room where you are sitting in right now,
Your surroundings,
Try and visualize as much as possible,
There is no need to remember everything,
However you remember and whatever you remember of your surroundings right now wherever you are,
Try to visualize it.
As we start this beautiful and a unique session based on responsibility,
Go back to your childhood and see and ask yourself that what are the major incidents which have happened since childhood with you,
Give it time and it's absolutely okay if you don't remember everything from childhood,
Don't focus on those things,
Focus on whatever you remember and it's fine to do that.
Focus on major choices you have made in your life and the major incidents or situations which have occurred in your life without any choice being made by you also,
Go through that one by one,
Keep breathing in,
Keep breathing out.
I would like you to specifically now focus on those situations of your life,
Those areas of your life which you are not happy about for whatever reason,
Those relationships of your life which have not turned out to be okay,
Those situations of your life which have not turned out to be okay,
Those decisions of your life which have not turned out to be okay,
Pick up the five most important situations or relationships as of now,
Go through them one by one and see what you don't like in those situations slash relationships,
Those five situations slash relationships,
What you hate the most about them,
What you dislike the most about them.
Keep breathing in and keep breathing out.
Now we go to the next step where I would like you to see each of those five situations slash relationships and ask yourself how are you responsible in these situations or relationships to be turning like this,
What is your responsibility in this whole scenario,
I would like you to focus only on that and nothing else.
One by one,
Go to the first situation slash relationship,
How am I responsible for it to be turning like this,
Be honest to yourself,
Sometimes it is okay for us to face the truth,
Keep breathing in,
Keep breathing out,
Place both your palms on the floor or if you are sitting on a chair,
Please place both your palms on the knees.
Now for the second situation,
Ask yourself how am I responsible for this situation to be turning out like this,
What was my contribution,
What did I do?
Leave the other person aside,
It has nothing to do with them,
There is no end to blame him,
It can keep going on and on,
There is no end to it.
I would like you to do the same things,
Situation three,
Four and five,
Situation slash relationship,
Keep breathing in,
Keep breathing out and continue to do so.
And once you complete,
Just relax yourself,
Breathe in and breathe out a few times,
As we prepare ourselves to come back,
Slowly start preparing yourself to come back to the room or the place where you are sitting in right now and back to your body,
To your feet,
To your hands,
To your spine,
To your shoulders,
To your head,
To your surroundings,
To your breath and whenever you feel complete,
Slowly open your eyes.
I wish you a beautiful day ahead,
A day with lot of courage and lot of strength,
A day of responsibility where whatever situation you are putting,
Especially the ones which are not working for you according to you,
Ask yourself that what do I need to do to take charge of my choice,
How am I responsible for this situation to be turning out to be like this?
That was my contribution and it's okay sometimes to face truth just for a day.
