Hello everyone,
I welcome you to day 4 of 21 meditations and today we are going to practice something unique called as humming meditation.
Well as the name suggests humming is the source of all the sounds around us.
It's the essence,
It's the foundation,
It's the start of any sound in any language or without language which comes around us.
And we are going to use this sound to create a beautiful meditation around us.
Before you breathe in and close your eyes to go ahead with the meditation,
I am going to demonstrate what this meditation is going to be about.
So this meditation is practically going to be about humming.
It's very simple,
The way you are sitting in right now,
You just need to hum.
That's it.
Hum.
And keep going on and on and on.
The beautiful thing happens is that humming creates a beautiful energy inside of us and around us.
It helps us to heal our body,
Our mind,
Our soul and all the sound is where you are sitting in right now.
There could be some times your lips are vibrating and that vibration can create a better humming and a beautiful humming but it's not necessary that they need to vibrate.
So if that happens,
Great and if it doesn't happen,
It's great too.
If you feel you're feeling a little tired of humming,
Always give a moment of rest and then start again.
That's the best way to practice any meditation as any meditation needs to be done to the best of your capacity.
Okay.
Take your positions.
Gently breathe in and breathe out.
As the shoulders relax the spine,
Relax your hands,
Relax your feet and as you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently close your eyes.
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times.
Be awake.
Be upright.
Be absolutely awake in this moment right now.
As at the count of three,
We are going to start humming together.
One,
Two and three.
Go for it.
One,
Two,
Three.
Go for it.
One,
Two,
Three.
Go for it.
One,
Two,
Three.
Go for it.
One,
Two,
Three.
Go for it.
One,
Two,
Three.
Go for it.
And keep going on and on.
If you feel a little tired,
Take a rest for a moment.
Gently breathe in and breathe out.
Get yourself together and start again.
One,
Two,
Three.
Go for it.
And keep going on and keep going on.
And gently relax yourself.
And just be in silence for a while.
Be as still as possible.
And witness what you feel around you.
Enjoy this silence.
One,
Two,
Three.
Go for it.
Gently breathe in and breathe out.
And slowly start preparing yourself to come back.
Come back to your surroundings,
To your place,
To your body,
To your breath.
And once you feel complete,
Gently open your eyes.
I wish you a day filled with silence.
Lot of peace,
Lot of joy.
And yet some beautiful moments of silence.
When we stay at day four of our 21 meditations,
If any time you feel you have any questions or any thoughts you would like to share or how these sessions are helping you,
I would love to hear from you.
So do share how you're feeling,
How is it helping you.
And yes,
There's a certain way to help others is to tell them how these sessions of this program or this course is helping you by just feeling it a clear way and sharing your thoughts.
So please keep in your reviews as it will help others and us to keep going on.
Thank you and I will see you tomorrow for the next wonderful meditation.
