I welcome you to the day 14 of 21 meditation and we today have a unique mindfulness session which is called as Clean Your Clutter.
Well,
As the name suggests,
It is exactly what the name suggests.
So this mindfulness session is very powerful,
Very,
Very powerful and very effective.
And let's go on with it.
I will keep guiding you.
And I don't know what you're feeling about it,
But I'm feeling very excited about it because it's a very,
Very good session.
So gently breathe in and breathe out.
Take your positions.
You will be sitting on a chair or sitting on a yoga mat.
Some of the people are asking that,
Why can we do a meditation by standing?
And it is absolutely possible.
There are a lot of active meditations which are done standing.
The only thing which happens is that sometimes when we're doing passive meditation,
Like when we're just sitting in silence and all it,
And if you're doing the same thing standing,
You might lose your balance.
And while we're doing this online,
I just want to keep it safe for you and see that you're taking care of as you're practicing these meditations by yourself and hence a more subtle way to practice meditation is by sitting and hence doing that.
So take your positions,
Gently breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times.
And as you do that,
Slowly close your eyes.
Relax your head.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your spine.
Relax your hands,
Your knees,
Your feet.
And go on to the first situation,
First place which comes to you in your own house where you stay,
Which is your own room.
I want you to see that if I say the word clutter,
What comes in front of you.
Go through each and every corner of your room right now,
The table,
Computer tables,
Dining table if you have in the room,
I don't know,
The cupboards,
Specially,
Your bed,
Your bed corners,
Your floor,
Ceiling,
Walls,
Feel the clutter,
If any,
In your room.
I want you to feel the clutter,
Not just knowing that it is there or not there.
Feel it,
That when you visualize your room,
What kind of feeling this clutter gives you.
Does it give you a feeling of relaxation,
A lot of peace and happiness?
Or does it give you a feeling of confusion,
Overwhelmingness and a lot going on around you,
A lot of doubts.
What is it for you?
See and ask yourself,
Are you okay with it?
And why?
Visualize that if your same room has less clutter or is clutter free in this moment right now,
How would it look?
Or how would you want it to actually look right now?
Feel it.
Keep breathing in and keep breathing out.
And now take your visual camera to each and every corner of your house and feel the clutter.
Definitely go to kitchen for sure,
Your living room,
Your dining area,
Your books,
Your games,
Your washrooms.
Go to each and every corner of your house,
Your home and feel the clutter if and only.
How do you feel about it?
Your clutter in your home,
In your room is directly connected to what you feel in your mind,
What you feel in your heart.
Your emotional and mental wellbeing,
Your spiritual wellbeing,
Your physical wellbeing.
Would you like to visualize your home,
Each and every corner of your home clutter-free and see how is it feeling?
Let's check that.
Go around now,
Same way,
Go towards each and every area of your home,
Your house and see the clutter-free.
And see how do you feel about it?
What if you would like to do that?
Now I would like you to take your visual camera to your car or any other vehicle you use on a daily basis.
And feel the clutter there and ask yourself what would you like to do about it?
Go towards a workstation if it's not work from home which is nowadays it is and ask yourself what do you need to do to reduce the clutter or make it a clutter-free and how would you feel about it?
And now why should we keep cleaning our clutter only to ourselves and inside our house?
Let us check the society we stay in or your neighborhood and see if there is something you can do in your capacity to make it clean.
What are the three things you need to do to clean the clutter in your surroundings,
In your neighborhood,
In your society?
Ask yourself.
And slowly come back to yourself.
Then you need to ask yourself that what are the three things you need to do to make your body,
Make your mind and your soul clutter-free?
What is the clutter inside of you which you really need to clean?
Sometimes answers are very simple.
Keep it simple.
There's nothing complicated we need to do or big we need to do to break and cleanliness around us.
And gently breathe in and breathe out.
Slowly start preparing yourself to come back.
Come back to your body.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to this room.
And whatever you feel complete,
Shake it,
Open your eyes.
I wish you a day which is clutter-free.
Clutter is not necessarily in the physical form but definitely I would like you to devote your day towards cleaning the clutter,
The physical clutter you see around you in your room,
In your house,
In your cupboard.
Make it as clean as possible.
Of course taking in the permissions of your other family members also.
But sometimes small changes can also make it clutter-free.
And if it is not clutter-free,
At least you can work towards reducing the clutter.
And I want you to witness how it impacts you as a person.
Your thinking,
Your clarity,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your well-being.
