Hello I am Prashanth here and I welcome you to my audio podcast Conscious Leadership and Mindfulness at Workplace.

Today I am here to speak about how to manage yourself,

Your emotions when things at work get overwhelming.

I shall today introduce you to the concept of neutrality.

Nautility is a conscious leadership concept which helps us to feel centered,

Focused and clear.

So let's get started.

Take your position.

You could be sitting on a chair or a yoga mat and in case you are sitting on a chair please see that both the feet are touching the ground.

Gently breathe in and breathe out.

And as you breathe in and breathe out gently choose to close your eyes.

Continue to breathe in and breathe out as per your capacity.

See that both your palms are touching your knees.

Relax the shoulders.

Relax the spine.

Your feet.

Your complete body.

Keep your spine as straight as possible as you relax.

Especially for this exercise.

Now just for next few moments see yourself absolutely neutral away from all your accomplishments,

Achievements,

Worries,

Anxiety,

Work,

Relationships,

Everything.

Sit like a neutral being and breathe.

Witness yourself.

Witness yourself how do you feel sitting like a neutral person.

Now on your right hand side list down three things which are working wonderfully in your life as of today as of now.

Keep it brief like pointers.

And pay your gratitude towards those three things,

Three areas which are working well.

Don't doubt which comes in front of you.

Just go with it.

And now on your left hand side list down three things or areas which are not working as of now.

See them objectively.

Don't get attached to it as of now and leave your emotions and feelings towards those areas aside.

And ask them am I doing enough for these areas to work?

Go one by one.

If the answer comes yes then relax and breathe.

And understand that you need to develop slightly more patience in this area.

And if the answer comes no then ask yourself that as of today what do I need to do for these areas to work?

What do I need to do as of today?

Be honest with your answer.

And gently breathe in and breathe out and start preparing yourself to come back.

Come back to yourself,

To your body,

To your breath,

This place where you are sitting right now.

And gently open your eyes.

Once this exercise is over and my audio podcast is over,

Take a piece of paper and write down the areas of life which are working well.

You can put it in front of your workplace or anywhere else for your reminder.

And take another piece of paper and write down the actionables regarding things which are not working well.

I wish you a week filled with clarity,

Focus and happiness at work.
