
Cellular Healing Meditation
Impact and trauma happen to impact our body, nerves, and even cells. The change starts to happen at a cellular level, especially in case of auto-immune diseases, chronic illnesses, and severe trauma and this meditation has been created to bring in healing at the cellular level. This is healing 'inside out' towards self-love, cellular acknowledgment, and appreciation. Please go ahead and immerse yourself in this deep meditation. Please continue to practice it every day (recommended in the morning) for deeper results.

I welcome you all to a cellular healing meditation.
This meditation could be done by anybody who is looking out to bring in healing on a cellular level.
Especially anybody who could be going through any terminal illness,
Autoimmune diseases on a mental or physical level.
Take your positions.
You could be either sitting on a chair,
In which case see that both your feet are touching the ground or you could be sitting on the floor itself.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And as you continue to breathe in and breathe out,
Gently choose to close your eyes.
Breathe in and breathe out as per your capacity.
And gently choose to relax your shoulders,
Relax your spine,
Relax your head,
Relax your hands,
Your knees,
Your feet.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently choose to relax your body one by one.
Let your thoughts be.
No need to control them.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently take your attention towards the most upper part of your body,
Your brain.
Visualize each and every cell,
Nerve and muscle in your brain right now.
And bring in absolute acknowledgement and appreciation for each and every cell present in your brain.
See each and every cell in your brain smiling,
Happy,
Healthy.
Each and every area of your brain is working effectively,
Beautifully,
Brilliantly.
Visualize it as you acknowledge each and every nerve and muscle present in your brain right now.
Acknowledge each and every idea that comes in your brain,
Some beautiful and some not so beautiful.
Accept it.
See that your frontal brain,
Your occipital lobe and each and every corner of your brain right now is healthy and happy.
Now slowly take your attention towards your facial muscles,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your chin.
See that each and every part of your face,
Each and every muscle,
Each and every nerve and the smallest component called cell are smiling and happy and healthy as you go on to appreciate them.
Take this moment to thank them.
Thank them that they are working 24x7 non-stop so that these parts keep functioning to the best of our capacity.
Bring in absolute gratitude towards the cells present in this part of your body.
Continue to gently breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in a lot of healing and breathe out a lot of healing.
Once you feel complete,
Gently take your attention towards your throat.
Our throat is our center for expression and communication.
See each and every bone,
Muscle,
Nerves and cells present there.
Working with absolute smile,
Happiness and good health.
Take this moment to thank your center for communication.
See yourself expressing yourself,
Your thoughts and feelings with absolute courage and gentleness.
See each and every cell in this part of your body active and healed.
As we slowly move towards our shoulders,
Take your attention towards the bone,
Muscles,
Nerves and cells present in your shoulders.
Thank them.
Thank them for being there,
For taking the weight of all our expectations,
Our responsibilities,
Our desires.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently feel your shoulders lightening up.
As you see the cells over there smiling at you.
Healthy.
Happy.
Continue to breathe in and breathe out.
Bring in a lot of healing in each and every cell present in your shoulders.
Gently take your attention towards the upper part of your body,
Including your chest,
Your heart,
Your gallbladder.
Your lung tips.
And cover and witness each and every nerve,
Muscle,
Organs and the cells present inside,
Giving a beautiful smile at you.
See them happy.
See them healed as you take a moment to thank them.
It won't be last 20,
30,
40,
70 or 80 years that these cells are working for us.
No matter what,
Being there and doing what they need to do.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Bring in a lot of love as you breathe in and breathe out a lot of love.
Visualize each and every cell in this part of your body active,
Healed,
Energized.
Feel it.
Feel each and every organ is working beautifully.
Beautifully.
Healthy.
Joyfully.
Slowly take your attention towards your stomach,
Your liver,
Your pancreas,
Your digestive system and cover and witness each and every nerve,
Each and every muscle and each and every cell present in this part of the body alive,
Active and smiling at you as you thank them.
As you acknowledge their presence.
Breathe in a lot of healing and breathe out a lot of healing right now.
See each and every organ working to the best of its capacity.
All the nerves are beautifully getting connected to each other.
No blockage,
No obstacle,
Nothing.
Beautiful connection.
As we slowly take our attention towards our spine.
From back of the neck to your tailbone.
Visualize each and every bone,
Nerve,
Muscle,
And every nerve present in this part of the body.
Nerve,
Muscle and cell present there.
And one by one,
Vertebra by vertebra,
See each and every cell smiling at you.
Thank you,
My dear spine.
Thank you.
See each and every corner of your spine healed and happy.
Breathe in a lot of love and breathe out a lot of love.
Breathe in a lot of peace and breathe out a lot of peace.
Breathe in a lot of forgiveness and breathe out a lot of forgiveness.
And breathe out a lot of forgiveness.
And see each and every part and each and every cell of your spine happy and healthy.
If at any point of time you feel any kind of obstacle,
Any kind of a blockage,
Just breathe it out through your mouth and witness it leaving your body.
As you continue to breathe in and breathe out,
We take our attention towards our root chakra,
Our reproductive systems,
And our thighs,
Our upper leg muscles.
See each and every bone,
Muscles,
Nerves and cells present there and take a moment to acknowledge them.
Thank them.
Thank them.
They could be working as per what we expect them to be or they may not be.
This is the moment for us to bring in our gratitude towards the cells present in this part of the body.
Thank you.
Thank you.
See your cells beginning to smile,
Active and energize.
Feel it.
Breathe in a lot of abundance and breathe out any kind of scarcity or insecurity you may feel right now.
Abundance of love in your life.
Abundance of time in your life.
Abundance of money in your life.
Abundance of money in your life.
And breathe out the insecurity of love and money you may feel.
And now gently take your attention towards the lower part of your body,
Covering our knees,
Calves and foot soles.
Visualize the cells present there,
The nerves and the muscles and the bones present there.
Thank you.
Take a moment to bring in your gratitude and appreciation for the cells present in this part of the body.
Just as you give attention to them and acknowledgement to them,
Just see how they are smiling at you.
See them alive,
Energized and absolutely joyful in this moment.
Witness these body parts working beautifully,
Happily,
Healthily.
Breathe in a lot of courage and breathe out any kind of fear you may witness at this point of time.
Breathe in courage and breathe out fear.
Breathe in courage and breathe out fear.
And see your cells happy and healthy.
And at the end,
Take your attention towards the cells present in your hands,
Your fingers,
Your palms.
Thank them.
See them active.
See them smiling.
See them joyful.
Take a step back and visualize your complete body,
Each and every nerve,
Each and every muscle,
Each and every bone.
Each and every muscle and each and every cell present in your body right now.
Smiling,
Healthy,
Happy.
Coordinating with each other beautifully.
Amazing harmony.
Smiling at you.
Flowing like a free flow with no obstacles,
No blockages.
And see your complete body healthy and happy.

And breathe in and breathe out a few times as we slowly start preparing ourselves to come back.
As we are coming out from a very deep meditation,
Be absolutely gentle and loving in this process.
As you continue to breathe in and breathe out,
Move your fingers,
Move your toes.
And breathe in and breathe out a few more times as you start preparing yourself to come back.
Come back to this room.
Come back to your body.
Come back to your breath.
And gently open your eyes.

Thank you Prashant, this meditation came to me during a time of illness, I have been a heavy smoker in the past, I was hit, hard, with a cold or flu, possible chest infection and I naturally put the smoking down. During this time this meditation popped up into my suggestions and I have since being listening to this daily, often more than once. I truly feel rejuvenated and healed after every sitting, and for that I want to thank you for bringing my awareness to my bodies healing powers and for helping me communicate with my cells and chakras.
