This is Prashanth here and I welcome you to this visualization exercise.
A brilliant recommended meditation that helps us to start the day with absolute enthusiasm,
Clarity,
Focus and for us to actually visualize how do we want our day to go today.
To start with,
Take an active and a comfortable position.
Active enough so that you don't sleep and comfortable enough so that your body is not aching or paining.
You could be sitting on a chair or on a yoga mat.
Take your positions,
Breathe in and breathe out a few times and as you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently close your eyes.
Gently start with relaxing your shoulders,
Your spine,
Your nerves behind your ears.
Take a fresh breath in,
Breathe in and breathe out to the best of your capacity and start to relax your legs,
Your feet,
Your complete body.
Keep your hands in a receiving position with your palms facing upwards.
Breathe in and out a few more times and as you do so,
Gently visualize a shining bright white light above your crown chakra,
That is the top of your head.
The brightest,
Shiniest white light.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently visualize this bright,
Shining white light entering your body through your head and spreading throughout your body,
Bringing in well-being,
Good health and happiness to your physical body.
See this light spreading to your head,
Facial muscles,
Shoulders,
Your entire spine,
Chest,
Stomach,
Your pelvic region,
Legs,
Knees,
Feet,
Your hands.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently visualize each and every cell,
Each and every organ,
Each and every muscle,
Each and every organ,
Each and every muscle,
Each and every bone in your body,
Smiling,
Happy and healthy.
Now gently visualize the axis of this white light coming out from your body through your heart chakra,
That is the center of the chest.
Cover the entire room you are sitting in right now with this beautiful healing white light.
See the space you are sitting in.
It brings in a lot of peace,
A lot of love and a lot of respect.
Continue breathing in and breathing out and ask yourself,
How would I want my day to go today?
Visualize your day if you already have planned something.
Meetings at workplace,
Important discussions,
You are traveling,
People you are going to meet.
One by one,
Start visualizing them exactly the way you want them to happen.
No doubt.
Breathe in and breathe out absolute clarity when you do so.
In these meetings,
In these calls,
In these interactions,
See yourself the way you want to see yourself as.
It could be seeing yourself confident,
Kind,
Standing up for yourself and others,
Being a leader.
See yourself gaining a lot of validation,
Acknowledgement and appreciation from people around you.
At your workplace,
At other interactions.
Now gently shift your focus towards the situation at home,
Your close relationships.
Cover them with this white light.
Cover them with this white light that is coming out through your heart chakra and see everyone happy,
Healthy,
Joyous and clearly visualize how would you want your day to go with them.
How would you want this morning to go with them.
Definitely try and visualize a lot of peace at your home.
A lot of harmony in your relationships.
A lot of good health for your loved ones.
And one by one,
Start seeing yourself and one by one,
See these people,
Your loved ones,
Your family members and visualize their day going beautiful,
Delightful and absolutely peaceful.
It could be their work,
It could be someone's school.
It could be someone's gym class.
It could be someone being at their workplace.
Whatever those respective loved ones are doing,
See them having a beautiful day ahead.
If there is a particular concern or a situation that needs to be addressed as of today,
See that situation.
See the people involved in that situation.
It could be personal,
It could be professional and cover that situation with this white light.
Do include yourself if that situation matters to you and see that situation getting resolved.
See yourself taking action in that situation to do what you need to do.
To help yourself,
Your loved ones,
Your clients or people at work.
Breathe in a lot of clarity and courage in this moment and breathe out any kind of doubt or fear you may feel.
Continue this breathing in and breathing out,
Asking yourself just one question.
What is that one thing I need to do today to help myself live a better life?
And take this moment to ask yourself to help yourself live a better life.
And take this moment to fill your heart with a lot of gratitude for everything that is working in your life right now.
It could be at home,
It could be your health,
It could be your finances,
It could be your relationships,
It could be the kind of work you do.
It could be the neighborhood you're living in,
It could be anything and everything.
As small as that you can listen to my voice,
You can breathe,
You can walk,
You can think and that you're living.
Bring an absolute gratitude right now for your life.
If there's anything else you would like to visualize that you have not done till now,
Please do so now.
And now we will gently start the journey to come back.
