Hello,

I'm Prashanth here and I welcome you to my audio podcast,

Conscious Leadership and Mindfulness at Workplace.

And today we shall talk about manifesting goals at work.

I understand that elements at workplace can sometimes be challenging and today we shall use and talk about unique mindfulness and leadership tools to make it happen.

Just be with me and enjoy.

I would like to start today's session with a short mindfulness exercise which leads you to manifesting your goals at workplace whether you're working from home or are actually at your workplace.

You could be sitting on a chair or in case you're at home could be sitting on a yoga mat.

Your choice.

In case you're sitting on a chair,

I request you to see that both your feet are touching the ground.

Gently breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out a few times and gently choose to close your eyes.

Relax your head,

Relax the shoulders,

Your spine,

Your feet.

Keep breathing in and keep breathing out.

I would request you to keep your hands on your lap and palms facing upwards.

And be present in the room you're sitting in right now.

Visualize how would you like your day to be.

What are you doing at your workplace?

Whom are you meeting?

What are the things you need to complete today?

How are you feeling?

What is your attitude today?

Visualize everything right in front of you.

Be clear about what you're intending right now in this moment as if it's actually happening.

And ask yourself what is that first short term goal you would like to manifest for yourself?

Visualize it clearly right in front of you.

Give it a date by when do you think it should be manifested?

And ask yourself what do I need to do today for this short term goal to be manifested?

And see yourself doing that.

See that particular goal being manifested on the date you have given and be absolutely clear with this manifestation.

Now slowly move on to one long term goal.

What is that goal?

Is it important to you?

If yes,

Two things.

One,

Give it a date by when do you think you are going to achieve that goal?

And what is going to be a step by step efforts which you need to put in to achieve that goal?

Be clear.

Don't doubt.

Keep breathing in.

Keep breathing out.

And see that long term goal manifested right in front of you on the date you have given.

See it clearly.

Once you feel complete,

Let's start bringing back.

Slowly breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out a few times and slowly start preparing yourself to come back.

Come back to this room,

To your body,

To your breath and gently open your eyes.

Please go ahead.

Once the session is completed,

Take a pen and paper,

Write down both of these goals.

Give yourself a date.

Write what you need to do to achieve these goals and by when.

And also give yourself a prize if you are able to and what will be the fine if you are not able to and whom would you pay that.

Write it down on separate piece of papers and put it on your wall so that you remember it.

Feel free to do this exercise for other goals if you would like to.

Bring in a clear intention of the day.
