You don't need all of the answers right now,
You only need to allow yourself this moment of stillness.
So find a comfortable position,
Either lying down or seated,
And let your body relax.
Soften into the support beneath you,
And take a deep breath in through your nose,
And as you let go,
With an exhale,
Imagine releasing the weight of uncertainty,
And close your eyes gently,
Allowing yourself to arrive here,
And bring your attention to your breath,
Wherever you feel that.
Notice it's natural rhythm,
Moving in and out like the tide.
With each inhale,
Imagine you are drawing in calm and trust.
With each exhale,
Let go of tension,
Doubt or fear.
Say to yourself silently,
I don't need to have all of the answers,
I can trust the unfolding of my life.
Feel these words settling into your heart,
Picture yourself standing at the edge of a vast open field,
The horizon stretches endlessly before you,
And a gentle breeze carries the promise of possibility.
Feel the earth beneath your feet,
Steady,
Supportive,
Unshakable.
This is your anchor,
Your centre.
Now,
Imagine stepping forward into the open field.
With each step,
You release the need to control what lies ahead.
You feel lighter,
Freer,
More at ease.
Let the breeze whisper to you,
You are held,
