This meditation will guide you and help you to release stress,
Tension,
And anxiety through focused breath work.
We will be inhaling calm and peace as we exhale stress and anxiety.
So let's begin by getting comfortable wherever you need to be,
Either laying down or preferably seated.
And you can put your hands in your lap,
Palms up or down,
Whatever feels right for you.
And close your eyes.
And we're going to begin a consistent and steady pattern of breath where we are focusing on our breath.
For when we focus on one thing,
It gives our mind,
Body,
And spirit an opportunity to let go of everything going on.
Sometimes it's the monkey mind where we are overwhelmed by too much.
So putting our attention on one thing like our breath slows everything down and it releases all of that craziness and busyness,
The multiple thoughts,
Feelings,
And emotions,
Tension.
And we are elevated and we are calmed by focusing on the one thing,
Which is our breath.
So let's take a nice deep breath in and let it out and inhale and exhale and in and out.
And keep breathing in this rhythm,
So steady and calming as you begin to feel calm and peace that's available to you and surrounds you.
It's in the air,
So much calm and so much peace.
As you inhale it through your nose and exhale out your mouth.
Inhaling calm and peace through your nose and exhaling stress and anxiety through your mouth.
Inhale calm and peace and exhale stress and anxiety.
In with the calm,
Out with the stress,
In with the peace,
And out with the anxiety.
In with calm,
Out with stress,
In with peace,
Out with anxiety.
Each inhale and exhale begins to slow you down and release you.
You're breathing in and out,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Breathing in the peace and releasing tension.
Inhale and exhale.
This breathing rhythm that you hold steady with is diffusing everything and everything that holds you back and weighs you down,
Aligning you and centering you.
Breathing in and out,
So much peace and release.
Inhale it in and feel it out,
Becoming calmer and more relaxed.
As you inhale and exhale,
Feeling so much better and so calm.
Breathing in and out,
So calm and serene.
Feeling good and feeling free with each inhale and exhale.
Breathing in and out,
Feel the healing through the air,
In your nose and out your mouth.
Deeper breaths and deeper release.
You are calm and free,
More relaxed and centered.
Breathing in and out.
This breathing is always available to you wherever you go and whatever you do.
You can always turn inward and find your breath to relax and release.
Breathing in and out,
Slowing down,
Settling in,
Gently and easily.
Let's begin to come back to the space we occupy in this moment,
Feeling our body,
Feeling free.
So relaxed with each breath,
You are ready to move forward,
Released and centered.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes and come back to your space.
