Welcome to this meditation where you will disappear into the depths of your private and quiet meditation hideaway where you will sleep through the night guided by this gentle and soothing frequency into your nighttime hibernation.

And when you're ready,

Get comfortable,

Lay down and relax and make sure the temperature is just right and your lighting is perfect,

Your clothing is loose or maybe you're free of clothing.

Whatever is right for you,

Making sure that you will be able to disconnect and drift away into a deep sleep with no distractions.

And close your eyes and take a nice gentle deep breath in and out and another in and out.

And one more big deep breath in and exhale.

Continue this breathing with each inhale and exhale as you settle into your comfort and the peace of this place where you lay as you disappear into the quiet.

As you get more relaxed throughout your body,

You will begin to let go of your current environment and all of your distractions,

Releasing thoughts,

Feelings and emotions.

You can always come back to all of that when you're done sleeping.

But for now,

This is an opportunity to unplug,

To get away and to escape into your nighttime hibernation.

You're hibernating because just like a bear who disappears into a cave for the winter,

You are given the opportunity to recharge and to reset your system,

All your cells and all your senses along deep and pleasant restful sleep for an extended period of time with the goal of realigning yourself and getting back to your healthiest and most vibrant self that requires deep sleep and this process of hibernating,

Even just hibernating into your bed and under your covers,

Disappearing and drifting away.

This important and sacred process of falling into your deep sleep.

Begin to feel your feet becoming more relaxed from the tips of your toes through the soles of your feet,

Your heels,

Your ankles.

Up into your legs you are becoming more relaxed and slowing down.

Your knees,

Your upper legs,

More and more relaxed as it extends into your core,

Your midsection,

Your stomach and your lower back.

And if any feelings or sensations come up for you,

Just notice them,

Allow them and then release them into the atmosphere as you come back to your breath and continue feeling the relaxation through your chest and your upper back.

Your shoulders are letting go as your arms and elbows begin to absorb and allow this relaxation to permeate.

Down into your arms,

Through your wrists,

Hands and fingers as you release any extra energy that no longer serves you.

Releasing the throat,

Easing the jaw,

A coolness and a gentleness as you release any tension throughout your face,

Feeling your mind becoming clearer and more sound as your thoughts begin to float away,

Becoming more relaxed all the way to the top of your head.

Relaxing and calming,

You are drifting into a deeper and deeper energy that's supporting you on this gentle journey into your nighttime hibernation.

And as you continue to breathe,

Feeling more relaxed with each inhale and exhale,

You may feel or imagine a very quiet place that's all your own,

That you drift toward.

This could be a cave like a hibernating bear,

Or an open field under a nighttime sky.

It could even be a beautiful bedroom or a current bedroom.

Just feel into it very peacefully and gently and allow your imagination to create for you this beautiful sacred space where you can disappear to and hibernate,

Where it's so quiet and there's an energy that fills the air that intoxicates you in a way where your entire being gently slows down,

So gradual and so gentle.

You drift into this deeper and quieter place that brings you inner peace and the ability to rest so deep,

It's almost as if you could sleep forever because it's healing and comforting and safe,

Safe from distractions,

Thoughts,

Sounds and interruptions.

Your quiet and peaceful hibernating space as you go quietly in there and find your place as if you're floating in this space held by just the peaceful energy that's all you need as you breathe it in and out.

The space within you matches the energy around you and your space of hibernation,

Bringing you into this alignment with an energy of peace,

Leading you deeper and deeper.

All you have to do is imagine and follow the lead of your senses for your innermost self knows what you need right now and you need rest,

Deep rest filled with pleasant dreams and deep slumber and breathe.

And as you continue to float gently in your hibernating space,

If anything appears or comes up for you,

You can let it go.

Each breath resets you and clears you,

Bringing you back into your center of inner tranquility,

Inner serenity,

So calm and peaceful.

The air is so perfect,

Suspending you and supporting you.

This is your time to relax and to let go of everything as you drift and drift without a worry or a care in the world,

So peaceful,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Just allow it and continue to release what you need for you are under the spell of the energy in this beautiful hibernating space,

All your own,

Right now.

The quiet and dark nighttime sky above you and around you,

You have transcended into a beautiful healing quietness,

Like the deepest parts of the universe,

No sounds,

So sacred,

Deep within the healing energies of the atmosphere,

Breathing them in and out,

So peaceful and tranquil.

Your body has become so relaxed from head to toe,

Elevating you as if you have become as light as the air that surrounds you.

You are one with the air,

Meshing with it,

Floating,

Almost as if you are a feather,

But even lighter and holding so still and steady.

This peacefulness and this gentle,

Serene floating sensation permeates throughout your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit and your soul,

Offering you this beautiful gift of hibernation,

So refreshing,

So needed,

So deep.

And as you continue to disappear even deeper into your hibernating energy and sacred space,

You sleep deeper,

Feeling calm,

Balanced and harmonious with everything and everyone.

You are one with the peaceful and delicate grace that fills the world and the universe,

For all you have to do is surrender into this silent and peaceful energy,

Feeling so relaxed as you drift deeper into your expansive energy and fulfilling deep sleep.

Letting go even further,

Floating even deeper,

Relaxing and releasing.

You are asleep and you have surrendered into your sacred nighttime hibernation.

Each breath clears you and each breath guides you along your path to more rest,

Peace and harmony.
