This meditation offers you the opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you.
Whatever has been weighing you down and you feel you need to release so you can come back to your center,
Your best self,
Free of the limiting beliefs or challenges,
Frustrations,
Maybe it's anger,
Fear,
And that energy of being caught up,
Entangled and feeling held back from moving forward.
So let's begin by getting comfortable and you can be seated or laying down,
Often being seated is more productive so we don't fall asleep and we stay present in this process of letting go as we calm our mind,
All our senses throughout our body,
Making things feel easier and more relaxed.
For when we are weighed down by thoughts that keep us from moving forward,
We don't feel our best and it can manifest in ways that we experience physically so as we settle into the calm,
Gently close your eyes.
Let's take a nice big deep breath in and let it out.
And another nice big deep breath in and out.
And one more big deep breath in and exhale.
And as you continue to breathe,
You slip into your center,
Feeling slowly more stable and grounded in this present moment and I invite you to bring to your attention and your awareness whatever you feel might be in your way or weighing you down.
It could be people,
Past experience,
Anticipation of something you hope will come or you worry will come in the future.
Tune into your innermost self and what has been tying you up,
What has been distracting you.
This could be something huge and maybe overwhelming or maybe it's something small and simple that's slowly eating away at you.
Whatever it is,
Whether it be one thing or multiple things,
Bring whatever this is to your awareness right now.
And as you take a big deep breath in,
Feel the air you inhale,
Cleanse your spirit as you exhale what no longer serves you.
Inhaling clarity.
Exhaling what you need to release.
Exhaling freedom.
And exhale the chains that have bound you and held you back.
With each inhale and exhale,
You are creating a process of resetting your system and all of your being,
Reminding you of your calm clarity.
Of your calm,
Of your calm clarity.
And feeling into what it is that's really heavy on you that you need to let go.
But as we do so,
We are noticing what it is and we begin to detach from it.
You may feel whatever it is within you and you start to step outside yourself and you see it for what it is.
With objective awareness,
As you begin to create an intention to release it from your mind,
Your body,
All yourselves,
Your spirit and deep within your soul.
With each breath,
You are bringing in new energy to recalibrate you and to assist you in letting go of all of this unnecessary energy that you no longer need for your OK with what you need without it.
You start to feel more free and more expansive as that one thing or all the things gently begin to disconnect from you.
You may feel corded and attached to these feelings you need to let go.
And you can imagine you are gently cutting these cords,
Releasing them into the atmosphere and all of the thoughts,
Feelings and emotions that are associated with them.
Seeing it float away in all directions around you and beyond you.
As that energy gets further and further away,
Dissipating into the atmosphere,
Freeing you as you begin to feel lighter,
More fluid and more open and accelerated and ready to receive new energy,
New thoughts,
Feelings and joyful emotions that elevate you and that serve your highest good for who you are today.
Feeling so much more free,
Continuing to let go,
Allowing your being to release everything and anything small and large.
With each inhale and exhale,
You feel even more grounded,
So calm and aware that you are letting everything go.
The baggage you have carried,
The weight that has anchored you,
For this will be no more as you embody this exhilarating and fulfilling sense of freedom through all your cells.
Your mind is so peaceful,
Your heart feels lighter and your spirit feels present and open to move forward,
Drawing more to you that feels good,
Feels amazing.
You deserve it,
And you are ready,
For in these few minutes,
You have upleveled your experience and you have let everything go that no longer serves you.
As you continue to breathe,
With a nice big inhale and exhale,
Know that you can always rely on your breath and your ability to tune inward and let go whenever you desire.
When you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes and come back to your space,
Free and clear.
