This meditation offers a process to clear the clutter and distractions in your mind so you can focus on what you desire and achieve your goals.
So let's begin by getting comfortable,
Whether you are laying down or seated in a chair.
And close your eyes.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and out.
And in.
And out.
And one more nice deep breath in.
And exhale.
And as you continue to breathe relaxed with each breath,
I invite you to connect in with the space behind your eyes where your mind resides.
As you continue to inhale and exhale while breathing,
Notice and feel the expansive wide open space behind your eyes,
Within your mind.
And you may feel like you have a lot on your mind,
Many thoughts that come and go or maybe stay too long and that's okay.
Just feel into the experience within your mind.
If you feel there are a lot of thoughts right there,
Just continue to breathe and feel the expansive space almost limitless within your mind.
As each inhale and exhale,
Guides your thoughts to where they need to go.
Where there's plenty of space and plenty of room for them to go where they need to be.
Breathing and releasing any thoughts that no longer serve you.
You may even imagine a bubble where you gather thoughts to place within it.
Anything and everything,
Gathering them together and seeing them within this bubble.
All of the thoughts that you no longer need or would like to let go within the bubble.
Breathing,
Relaxing.
And begin to release this bubble into the air and the atmosphere.
Seeing it gently float away further and further as you feel the lightness and the release,
A weightlessness and freedom within your mind and your entire body as all those thoughts float away,
So distant,
Disappearing and breathe.
And now that these thoughts within the bubble have dissipated into the atmosphere,
Feel how open and clear the space behind your eyes is,
So free,
Clear,
Calm and tranquil.
You've expanded this space and cleared out the clutter.
So new and helpful thoughts have room to breathe and come to you to serve you and help you however you need in serving your highest good.
Starting to breathe,
Feeling so free,
Calm and relaxed,
Your mind so clear after letting everything go,
Making room for new energy,
Ideas and inspiration.
Breathing in and out and in and out.
Just take one more nice,
Big,
Deep breath in and release.
Your mind is clear and you are ready to open your eyes and come back to your space.
