What's most important is for you to feel comfortable and you can gently close your eyes and begin with a nice big slow deep breath in and out.

And as you continue to breathe,
With each breath,
Gently slipping deeper and deeper into peaceful relaxation.
And as you continue to breathe,
Notice your feet laying on the bed or wherever they're placed and feel them begin to relax even more.
As you inhale and exhale,
Continuing up through your legs,
Feeling your shins and your calves relaxing and releasing,
Your knees,
Your upper legs,
Your body continues to slip deeper and deeper into this deep state of calm.
Continuing to scan up the midsection of your body,
Feeling so relaxed,
Your stomach becomes easy and your back that's supporting you releases any tension from the day.
As you gently slip deeper and deeper into this state,
Your chest is relaxed,
Your shoulders feel easy as a serenity begins to extend down your arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Deeper and deeper into the abyss of tranquility.
Your throat feels more calm and clear as the day begins to melt away from your face,
Feeling free and so easy,
A peacefulness that permeates your mind as thoughts begin to float away,
Slipping deeper and deeper into this beautiful,
Peaceful rest.
The top of your head feels surrounded by comfort and that comfort continues to surround you,
Feeling perfectly comfortable,
Gentle support.
Your body is at perfect temperature,
Deeper and deeper into a restful and beautiful night sleep,
