Welcome to the meditation.
When we take some time to settle into the feelings of gratitude and appreciation,
The more we will draw to us new experiences to be grateful for throughout our lives.
This meditation will guide you into the feelings of appreciation and gratitude,
Elevating your mood and igniting feelings of joy,
Peace,
And happiness.
So let's begin by getting comfortable,
Whether you're laying down or you're seated,
And close your eyes and let's begin with a nice big deep breath in and let it out.
And in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And out.
And in.
And out.
And out.
And out.
And as you continue to breathe,
I invite you to tune in to your heart center in the center of your chest.
Feeling that space where your heart resides.
Notice the beautiful energy there that gives you life and abundant energy as you inhale and exhale.
You may feel like you are almost breathing through your heart.
Breathing in and out and in and out.
Continuing to breathe and feeling your heart center.
For this is where love resides and all of our gratitude and appreciation for everything and everyone.
Continuing this rhythm,
Bring to your attention and your awareness in your heart center something that you are grateful for.
It could be a person or an experience,
A food,
An animal,
A possession or a relationship.
Whatever it is without overthinking it,
Bring into your heart center something that you are grateful for or could be many things you are grateful for.
Allow those thoughts and feelings as well as the emotions for what you love to build up in your heart center.
Continuing to breathe,
Feeling so much love and gratitude in your heart.
Joyful and beautiful for this energy is getting larger and larger,
Wider and expanding.
Your heart center is almost like a heart light shining so bright with so much love and so much gratitude.
Joy and appreciation breathing in and out.
Allow yourself right now to just simmer in this feeling.
Being with it and embodying the vibrations and sensations that love and gratitude have to offer right now.
And we'll sit for a few moments in the silence being with this and radiating this all the love and all the joy.
As you continue to breathe,
Each breath expands this love within your heart center and all the gratitude and the joy and happiness extending throughout your body through your head,
Your torso,
Your arms and your legs.
All your cells are filled with joy,
Love,
Appreciation and happiness.
Feel it deep within you and all around you.
So much gratitude and so much peace for you are elevated to a level where you'll draw more of this to you.
Becoming a magnet and the magnifier of love and joy.
So much to be grateful for within you.
So peaceful and radiant and brave.
And now that you have ignited these magnificent frequencies of happiness and joy,
Love and gratitude,
Begin to will your toes,
Loosen your legs,
Shift in your seat,
Loosen your back,
Expand your chest,
Relax your shoulders,
Loosen your arms,
Move your hands and your fingers,
Clear your throat,
Relax your jaw,
Feel the expansiveness of your calm mind.
Taking one more nice big inhale and exhale.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and come back to your space full of gratitude,
