Begin your sacred sleep practice of yoga nidra by preparing a comfortable place for your whole body to land.
Let your spine be tethered from crown to toe,
Pulled in opposite directions,
North and south,
With the whole back lying flat affixed to the earth under the weight of gravity.
Each vertebrae begins to make space,
Space around,
Within,
Above,
And below.
Allow your spine all the way down your back,
Like one drop of rain landing at the top,
Most visible vertebra,
The base of your neck,
And trickles all the way down your spine to rest in the delicate curve just above the sacrum.
Rest your whole body's awareness at the sacrum bone.
See if you could flatten,
Widen the whole pelvic bowl to make space for the sacred sacrum bone,
And feel the energy that exists in your physical anatomy and how it unites to your energetic anatomy.
Feel the presence of your thoughts like an energy body that surrounds your physical self.
See this thought body as a distinct and separate color from your denser being.
You may even see symbols or words inside the thought body,
Perhaps even whole stories.
Become aware of your feeling body as something that is larger than your physical self,
That is in constant communication to your mental body,
Where your thoughts reside,
And how each thought that moves through this energy body changes the color of the feeling body,
The feeling body larger than the physical body,
The thought body,
Overtaking all bodies.
Feel the rush of sensation and emotion.
See how these two bodies work together like the ocean wave,
The tide crashing on shore,
Gobbling up anything in its path,
Taking garbage,
Valuables.
Seeing how your feeling body and your thought body crash against the shore of all of your programming,
Following the same path back and forth,
And now begin to make space in the thought body.
Create space by letting your vision drop behind your internal sight.
Take the seat of the witness,
And as your body releases tension,
You move into this slower state that correlates with the witness.
You are becoming the observer,
Whole body relaxing as the observer,
Witness,
Awareness behind awareness,
Watches the thought body.
The thought body becomes larger,
Thinking becomes more conscious.
Feelings no longer override consciousness,
The thought body in the center of will move towards a higher calling,
A greater understanding beyond any programming.
Let me take you deeper into your body so that you may relax,
Soften each and every string of muscle connected to your skeletal body,
Down into the earth,
So that the subconscious mind can show us,
Can open to us,
To find your sankalpa.
You are the witness and the explorer,
You have the opportunity to turn away or move towards.
Inside this practice you will hold your will,

And keep this thread of communication open,
Single sensory externalized,
Connected to the outer world through voice and sound.
All other senses bend inward to awakening all memories and stored intelligence all the way into the collected consciousness and into cosmic consciousness.
Become so aware of your whole right hand,
Choose to zero in on a single spot that exists in your right hand and hold your awareness there.
Inside this sacred gathering of energy in the right hand there is a portal to your cellular memory to receive your sankalpa here.
Feel your cells receive your sankalpa with an internal vibration of silently repeating it three times directly landing into the vibration of your right hand.
This will be your mantra that we will place inside the body,
Let your body absorb the energy of your sankalpa as you hone awareness into the right arm,

If you have not yet filled your toes with the vibration of your sankalpa,
Feel the sole of your foot slowly start to change temperature as your cellular structure changes in response to this memory,

The stark contrast between left and right side body,
One that has forgotten and one that remembers,

Relax your right side,
Bring awareness to your left hand,
The whole of the left hand has an opening,
Zero in on it.
Feel your sankalpa vibrate in your throat,
The vibration of truth,
And let it be placed inside this portal and opening three times,

The left arm becomes the only thing awareness is aware of.
Look for that softening in the left arm,

The truth that has always been held in your heart,

As though someone has pulled the drain open,
The water begins to funnel towards your pelvic bowl,
Touching but not crossing the midline,
Riding it like the sharp edge of a knife,
Fill in your whole left upper body,

Your left leg,
Observe your entire left leg with your inner eye and all inner senses.
Where is the opening,
The softening?
Soften your sankalpa to that point,
Whisper it to your body three times,
Feel it,
Fill your toes,
And as this new memory touches every cell to the tip of your toes,
Your entire left side body lights up in awareness,
Feel the pulse of awareness move from left to right,
Right to left,
Bring this energy to the center of your brain,
Go deeply into the physical house of intuition,
Your third eye is opening,

Watch the lid lift and the look of awareness and knowing rest on the third eye,
Let your intuition guide you into your breath body,
The breath is mirroring our existence and our connection to self,
Where are you breathing and touching,
And where in your body has your breath stayed away from,
Use your resurrected third eye,

From the crown of your head,

Scan your body's breath awareness,
Where is it touching,

Use each breath to soften your physical body and see if there is space for your breath to begin to move there,
Your breath is the gift of spirit that brings you life,
You are scattering life across your whole body,

This is happening for you,
All you need to do is make the space for it to move,
Say yes to your breath,
You can relax the visual of breath and body and come once again to your third eye,
Feel the depth of your third eye,
And the energy as it moves from the center out,

This next visualization will be a merging of two layers of self,
Working in opposites as well as a long visual,
Prepare your body to do nothing,

To move into allowance without interruption,
We are standing in front of the ocean,
The ocean is unusually still,
Flat,
Quiet like a lake,
The color is magnificent,
The temperature is interesting for this time of year,
As you look around you notice what time of year it is,
You can see it in nature,
You can feel it in your bones,
All of the scents of this time of year come crashing in,
And with each scent that you perceive there is a memory attached to it,
There are so many memories attached to this season that we are in,
This is a season of change,
So your body has arrived here knowing that it is craving something significant to happen,
It is preparing its grounds for healing,
And most of all for releasing our attachment to the identity that has been created,
Freeing ourselves to be who we are becoming,
This is a practice of observation on attachment,
It is allowing thoughts,
Images,
Memories,
Any sort of externalized sense to be brought to the surface,
To be seen,
You hold in your hand 5 different coins,
Each coin a different size,
And each coin a different sheen,
Some are tarnished and some are shiny,
Beautiful sparkling,
Go to the tarnished coin and notice its size,
I want you to turn it over and read the word that is engraved that says ugly,
And as you take that coin and place it over the water of the ocean,
It is still incredible water,
You will drop that coin to the bottom,
And with each ripple is a thought,
A memory,
A feeling attached to ugly,
To being ugly,
To perceiving ugliness,
This may cause a storm in the ocean or fall directly to the bottom without causing any sort of change in the surface,
This will be different for you each time so allow it to come whatever it is,
And now reach into your other pocket and pull out 5 coins,
Pick the largest one,
The word love is engraved,
Love is dropped into the ocean and the ocean responds with each thought,
Story,
Memory,
Experience that is bubbling up for your body right now,
In your right hand you have a shiny coin,
Its on the smaller side,
See if you can find that one,
Bring it up and see the word fear,
Drop fear into the ocean and let the ocean give you back every memory,
Feeling,
Symbol that your body has attached to fear,
Let the ocean do what it needs to do,
There is no judgement,
This is the macrocosm of what is happening in each cell,
Go to your left hand,
There is a coin that looks very similar,
Bring it up and see the word love,
Drop love into the ocean and let it co-exist with fear,
Your right hand,
There is a coin that is one that you would think is ugly,
Maybe its a little dirty,
Maybe its bent,
Look at the surface of this coin and see the word hate,
Drop hate into the ocean and let the ocean bring back every memory,
Every story,
Every experience that your body has stored to the word and vibration of hate,
Go to your left hand,
Bring up the coin that says love,
Put love back in the ocean,
You have two coins left in your right hand and one of those coins,
One of them is a different color and it says wounded,
Give it back to the ocean,
Let it do what it does,
Wash every memory up and take it away,
Move it through your body,
Back and forth,
No longer running,
Your left hand holds two more coins,
Each coated in the frequency of love,
The word love written across their surface,
Give the ocean one of those coins,
Your last coin is always the last one picked,
This coin says not enough,
Are you ready to let that coin go,
You can choose when you add in or if you add in the coin of love,
All of the memories of being unwanted,
Right here,
Surrounded by love,
Place your hands inside the warm water of the ocean,
Look at the palms of your hands as they are magnified under the surface of water,
These palms are no mistake,
They are artwork,
All of the imperfections that exist on the surface of your physical self,
Integrate it beautifully with your energy body,
Your whole body bathed in love,
Where love can exist inside of all human emotion,
All feelings,
All experiences,
Open the left side of your body to receiving love,
Open the right side of your body to giving love,
Feel your body as a conduit of energy,
Vibrating love,
You may hear your Sankalpa being sung across the skies,

If there is anything else that you are receiving right now,
Open to it,
Begin to make space in the thought body,
Slowing down thinking,
Bringing awareness to where you are in space right now,
How close you are to the closest door,
How far away the roof is from your nose,
Let your energy body unfurl,

As you come back from these lower brain states where awareness is still with you,
You may receive intuition downloads,
Maybe you receive answers to something that has been troubling you,
If you stay so soft in your body,
Make space in the jaw,

Open up to listening to any sounds,
Without attaching a label or a title,
