Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.

And just taking a moment,

Breathing,

Inviting in that stillness,

That presence.

Nothing else matters in this moment but just you,

Just this moment,

Just your breath.

Taking a moment now to scan your body just quickly,

Just to notice anything at all.

Any tension,

Any discomfort,

Just take a moment to listen to your body.

And if you do find any discomfort or anything at all,

Just let that body part know that you see,

That you feel,

That you're present.

And breathing in and breathing out,

Releasing any tension.

Asking yourself now,

Why am I here?

Why did I choose to meditate today?

Am I seeking something?

And if so,

What?

And so just becoming aware of your intention for today's meditation.

Whether it is just finding a little more peace and presence or whether it is something much more intentional like manifesting.

Essentially,

We are trying to create some level of change and alignment,

Shifting the inside reality so that we can manifest,

Create,

Attract,

Become.

And it all starts from within,

From the stillness,

From the quiet,

From the presence.

From the now.

Everything and anything that you will ever want is here,

Now.

And so,

Can you give yourself that right here,

Right now?

Let's begin with your energy,

Feeling your energy field.

And even though you may feel as though you are making this up,

Just go with it.

If you could choose your energy,

What it felt like to yourself,

Others in the world,

What it looked like,

What would allow your imagination to take you there?

Allow yourself the gift to play the game of the universe.

Maybe make it a beautiful color,

A shape.

Whatever it is,

Take a moment now to set it,

Activate it within you.

And as you do this,

Just take a moment to fully believe it and enjoy it.

No limitations.

And as you embody it,

Just notice how you feel.

Notice if your body relaxes even more,

If your energy expands,

If it feels right or feels good.

And now bringing it inside of you,

In your mind.

If you could have the ultimate mind for you,

What would that look like and feel like?

What thoughts would you have?

What beliefs would you have?

How would you filter the world?

How would you process thoughts and emotions?

Challenges.

So go into your mind now,

Really allow yourself to go as far,

As wide as you want.

If it helps to give your mind an energy and a color as well,

Do so.

Images,

Thoughts,

Memories.

And now moving into your heart,

Allowing yourself to feel.

What would the happiest,

Abundant,

Most loving version of you feel?

How would they express it?

How would they share it with themselves,

With others,

And once again with the world?

What would your heart feel like?

And once again,

Give yourself colors,

Images,

Anything at all that you need.

And now take a moment to step back and look at yourself.

Watching the highest version of you now,

As you are now.

As you are.

And notice how you did not have to change anything externally.

Everything was changed from within.

Or if you prefer,

Amplified.

You already are the version of you that you dream of.

You already are the highest version of you right now.

And all you have to do is take time to be with it.

To allow it to express itself.

To be it as much as you can.

Allow this version of you to be out in the world.

Allow this version of you to live fully,

Freely,

Without limitations.

And above all,

No matter what comes your way,

No matter what tries to bring you down,

They are always stronger,

Brighter.

And so now returning to your breath.

And just noticing once again your body,

Your energy.

Noticing the changes from the start of this meditation.

And so,

I invite you to continue to walk this world with this light.

With this specific image of yourself.

This specific frequency.

I promise,

You will see changes happen in your life.

And so now setting an intention for your day or for your night.

And so taking a moment of gratitude now for this discovery and for this moment.

Beginning now to deepen your breath.

So deep breath in.

Let it go.

Two more.

Deep breath in.

Let it go.

Last one.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Gently returning back to your natural breathing.

Gently returning back to the space.

And so when you're ready now,

Beginning to expand your awareness outwards.

Feeling the temperature of the air and becoming aware of the space that you're in.

If it feels right,

You can begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers,

Gently waking up the body.

Very slowly bringing yourself back.

Take your time.

And when it feels right,

Open your eyes.
